We loved everything about this hotel. Highly recommended! Exceptional service from the receptionist and waiters, charming interior, clean and spacious room (we stayed in the suite - the sofa bed was comfortable), and nice breakfast buffet.

Beautiful cozy hotel right in the heart of Baden Baden. Easy walking distance to everything the town has to offer. Room was comfy and staff very friendly. Great spot to stay at.

Absolutely phenomenal stay with a lovely staff! We had such a wonderful stay; everything was just amazing. The food in the restaurant was so good for both dinner and breakfast; we highly recommend dinner here.
The customer service was just top notch and they went above and beyond for our family.
I can't even say how much we appreciated the extra set service they provided us.
The room was gorgeous, the parking was inexpensive and close, the best spa was literally a few minutes walk away from the hotel and the property was beautiful and historic. We are planning to come back soon when we visit Germany next!

Staff was super friendly and helped us get our bags up the stairs! The in house Restaurant has good food and service too! It’s well located if you’re doing a 2-3 day trip to baden baden. We got the family room which had plenty of space for the 3 of us and even a separate room for kids. Bathroom was clean and everything we needed was there!

Wonderful place. Perfect location for town centre and thermae. The people are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent and the wine bar absolutely beatiful.

Everything about this hotel is top-notch! From superb location and affordability to impeccably friendly and helpful personnel( also quite affluent in English). The rooms are extremely cozy, with lavish furniture and ample space. Lastly, the food in the restaurant downstairs is of sumptuous quality, one of the best in the entire town.
P.S:The centre is a stone s throw from the inn. In a nutshell, the place par excellence❤️! Recommend 100%

Great location for access to the two main bathhouses (2 min walk away), and very helpful and friendly staff with great language skills.
The hotel also has amazing old timey charm, with historic features.
Our one complaint was with the mattresses and pillows. Not sure if others have felt the same but we found the mattresses to be noticeably soft and pillows lumpy.
Overall, a great start regardless :)

Warm service and feel like home. Worth mentioning that they also provide discount for Caracalla and several museums in the town after checking in. The room is nice and cozy and the location is perfect. I like the breakfast a lot because everything is small potions and you can try as many as you want.
