The good: Scenic view, the food, the atmosphere. The food was terrific and a nice chance to eat real Bavarian food. The cows are so friendly, and you have a great scenic view day and night.

We have traveled extensively in Europe and have found this place and area to be one of the best. The room avd veranda have everything you might want or need. The connected restaurant was cozy and exquisite food. The value and quality are not to be missed!,,,

Beautiful hotel in the middle of town. We stayed in one of the apartments, which was simple but very comfortable. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt at home. A wonderful continental breakfast topped it all off.

Gorgeous cozy hotel with surprisingly large rooms. Visited during Feb 2018 and the place was beautiful and warm against the snowy exterior. Great restaurant on site too.

Hotel in the center of Reit Im Winkl right behind the beautiful church in perfect Bavarian style. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is complete, continental, rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommended

It was really delicious breakfast! Room is spacious but sofa-bed is very squeaky, I could hear kids' every move:) Limited number of parking spots.

Check in was strange. We had our name and room keys waiting for us on the staffless front desk. We did not arrive late, maybe 5pm. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We booked very last minute and received the last 2 rooms available located on the basement floor. The hotel is very quiet. The buffet breakfast was outstanding! Very fresh breads, an amazing assortment of fruits, cheeses, meats,...

Very good hotel, clean and comfortable room. We were happy that the staff prepared the Saturday breakfast as a picnic due to our early morning trip. The only problem = Smelling of the room used by smokers.

I would like to give acknowledgent for women from cleaning serwis , today they helped me with my little accident( I really deep cut my toe ) . They were kind , helpfull and worried. Place is create by people, and this is why is a good hotel to stay in. I really thank you .

I was only in the restaurant, so this review is only about that. Food was good and prices were ok, but the worst about it was the service. Maybe was a bad day for some of them but they were slow and not very friendly. We decided to end the dinner without desert otherwise we will still be waiting for some of them...

It is a very quiet and relaxing Relais, with beautiful rooms and very well-designed and furnished chalets. The restaurant is excellent, the Maître is very knowledgeable, and the Chef is very talented. The SPA is truly fantastic, with a very experienced and professional manager and massage therapists. Gut Steinbach is a good choice if you want to relax, enjoy the region and great hospitality. The restaurant and the spa area are excellent, the rooms could need a modernization.
