Great food in the restaurant. Sadly we didn't get to stay there for a couple of nights, bit we tried the restaurant and it was great. Very friendly staff and really good food. There are a lot of animals that the kids can enjoy. Special mention to the reception desk who answer the phone to take our reservation, she was really friendly and willing to help even though we weren't guests.

Nice hotel with English and German speaking staff. Restaurant is exceptional. Rooms are neat, clean, and loaded with amenities. There is also a pool, spa, hiking trails, outdoor sitting area, bar, and in winter a ski jump ramp. Conference rooms are also available here.

I would like to give acknowledgent for women from cleaning serwis , today they helped me with my little accident( I really deep cut my toe ) . They were kind , helpfull and worried. Place is create by people, and this is why is a good hotel to stay in. I really thank you .

I was only in the restaurant, so this review is only about that. Food was good and prices were ok, but the worst about it was the service. Maybe was a bad day for some of them but they were slow and not very friendly. We decided to end the dinner without desert otherwise we will still be waiting for some of them...

We were there spontaneously yesterday without a reservation. We were told straight away that it would take about an hour for our food to arrive. We thought it was good that we were told this directly, so we could adjust to it. There was no waiting time for the drinks. The food was absolutely solid and plentiful. The price-performance ratio is right. The staff were very friendly. We felt very comfortable...

Great views of the Alps! The staff is friendly and helpful. The vegetarian burger with feta cheese was phenomenal!! All the other meals were also good (but as an American, I’d rather have coleslaw beside the burger instead of on it).

Everything was perfect. My room had a nice view towards the Reinplatt mountains and it was very spacious and confortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely return as there are plenty of things to do around the hotel, for people that like outdoor activities

The room was very spacious with great view from the balcony. The place is quiet, breakfast was rich and tasty. Staff was friendly and we were overall really satisfied.

The owner speaks Russian and told us so many funny stories. He was even the one who personally cooked Kaiserschmarrn for us! Breakfast, location, appartment was clean, parking

The large rooms are tastefully furnished, very quiet and some with a balcony or terrace. The kitchen is fabulous and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast is plentiful. In the underground car park, the parking spaces and the entrance and exit are unfortunately a little tight for today's vehicles. CONCLUSION: The stay literally cries out for a repetition.

Good rooms, good service, good location of the hotel with different options for small walks, friendly and helpful service and exchange - did not miss anything.

Friendly staff but room was not very up to date. Would have expected more for a 4 star hotel.

Very nice hotel, staff where very pleasant and happy to help. Where pleased with my little German. As for the area the hotel is in, it's beautiful! The little lake that's only a 5 minute drive of half hour walk is exquisite. Perfect for all ages to have a swim.

Good breakfast, restaurant (a short walk away at Villa Mittermaier) was also very good, with friendly staff. My daughter loved the separate "kids" bedroom.

We stayed here for one night as we were passing through. For that purpose, this hotel is perfectly fine. Unfortunately, we still had to make some compromises: adjoining our balcony was the neighboring bedroom and bathroom, which we could look into, as the curtains and the frosted glass were not completely opaque. The shower would have been absolutely unsuitable for taller and stronger people. The cabin...

Very enjoyable stay. Very, very nice and courteous staff. Always happy. Breakfast very good. Everything was available for breakfast. Some hotels can learn something from this. Dinner very good and plentiful. Very good quality. Why only four stars? The mattress in the bed is not the best quality. Price / performance is very good. Gladly again.

We had the family room for booked a short stay at the Hotel Kaiserblick. It was nicely spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast and the coffee were great! Gladly again!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of town. We stayed in one of the apartments, which was simple but very comfortable. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt at home. A wonderful continental breakfast topped it all off.

Gorgeous cozy hotel with surprisingly large rooms. Visited during Feb 2018 and the place was beautiful and warm against the snowy exterior. Great restaurant on site too.

Hotel in the center of Reit Im Winkl right behind the beautiful church in perfect Bavarian style. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is complete, continental, rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommended

The good: Scenic view, the food, the atmosphere. The food was terrific and a nice chance to eat real Bavarian food. The cows are so friendly, and you have a great scenic view day and night.

Everything was perfect, from booking to departure. We became very nice Received, our room was as described and was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast was delicious and left nothing to be desired. The Bichler family and their team were always super friendly. If we go on holiday in Reit im Winkl again, we will book here again.

We’ve just spent five days at Edelweiß, and it was a fantastic stay! The owning family were very warm-hearted and welcoming, helpful and uncomplicated! The rooms have been newly refurbished, lovely modern furniture with classic elements. You still know you’re in the alps! The bed was firm which was perfect for us! Breakfast was served too, high quality products, good choice, sausage, vegetables, cheese...

Very welcoming service staff, quick service / the seats very comfortable as well, the beer was freshly draught and of good temperature. Food choice was good also for vegetarian diets - the “spinatknödel” and tortellini were very good! Will come back there.

Nice restaurant with a large variety of food, varying from ribs to vegetarian options. Prices are decent and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

The food at Landhaus Lenzenhof was pretty good I personally ate an Schweinebraten which was fantastic! But I cant really say something about the hotel because I didnt stay there!
