The hotel is very good and suitable for overseas business travel

People were smoking in a non-smoking room, and even the smoke detector was covered by toilette paper; hence, the cleaning team didn't care

the room was okay, good compared to the price. but we smell the smoke from the smoking, had to use the room spray and it helped. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Although it was a reservation on the day, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There was a bathtub, shampoo, body soap, mineral water for the number of people, hair dryer, plastic, and other amenities. I parked my car on a nearby road. It was a pleasant stay.

For the price offered - completely fine. The rooms are clean, slightly older furniture, the bed is very small. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Bathtub with shower curtain. Bathroom very clean, but also showing its age. If you expect something modern for that price...

Very good value for money. The location is a bit remote, but for people who drive, the location doesn't matter.

Hotel adjacent to a rest area on the highway The inside of the hotel rooms are clean, and the employees are generally not unfriendly. The hotel is located in a highway rest area, so you have to drive 8km round trip to get to the other side. There is no refrigerator or water boiler in the room, and there is no shared refrigerator. If this isn't an inconvenience, it's not a bad facility for the price

Just a Below average hotel. 5 star staff The lady on the reception was fantastic, made the check in very easy. The room? One bottle of mineral water for two people? And how am I supposed to drink it? Good stay outside Frankfut Nice spacious rooms with a large bright washroom. Room and property was very clean and in good condition. Parking for only 5€ and we didn’t eat breakfast in the restaurant so unable to comment on food. Hotel is in a remote area 20-25 mins from downtown Frankfurt. Noisy with highway traffic if you want to open windows.

My favorite hotel in Seligenstadt so far. Unfortunately, the only room with a balcony is very small. A large balcony facing the courtyard should be very important to you when choosing a room. Otherwise, everything is great. The people, the rooms, the location and the surroundings. The price is also right.

I liked the hotel very much, it is not five stars, but for the price it is really very good. the owner cares about the guests, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the greenery surrounding the hotel is very neat. breakfast deserves special attention, it was really delicious, very good choice and quality of dishes. Fair enough to receive 5star for the cost of the accommodation per night. Parking space around the hotel is not an issue during the night. The receptionist(Samira) is also approachable and friendly.

Decent little Hotel. Only downfall in the summer time, the outside seating area is in the courtyard which is surrounded by hotel rooms. Could be an issue for sleeping since Germans don't have air conditioners which means you open the windows. Rented their apartment and really liked it. Service is friendly and very helpful.

The best residence in Offenbach, it is affordable, new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and the service is great!

My experience at The Residences Boardinghouse in Offenbach has been excellent. The apartments are kept as new, fresh and very clean. They are also well furnished and every detail is taken into account. In addition, the staff is extremely kind, service-oriented and efficient. The area has easy access to public transportation and is served by various supermarkets. I certainly recommend it.

The room I booked at The Residences was very clean and modern. I really felt at home. The staff was very accommodating and all my extra requests were met. Prices are extremely good for what you get at The Residences. We were also in the city center of Frankfurt in just under 13 minutes, which is very well located and close by.

It’s a bit far from city but the rate is cheaper. It’s more a boarding house than hotel. Wi-Fi really bad. Train station needs 10mins walk. Can’t expect too much at this rate and location.
