The hotel was quite nice and the staff was very kind. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time. Great option if you are in the area.

Furniture and fixings are dated, one power outlet only (had to unplug a light only to charge my phone and laptop, at the same time), TV doesn't work - 4 stars? Not really.

Good quiet location. Free parking. Rooms were old and had an 80s like style. There is a small swimming pool, but very limited wardrobes.

Love this hotel. Rooms are fine. Food is excellent. Service very friendly. Nice backyard for relaxing. I have stayed here on business twice and will now bring my family here for a vacation stopover.

I liked the hotel very much, it is not five stars, but for the price it is really very good. the owner cares about the guests, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the greenery surrounding the hotel is very neat. breakfast deserves special attention, it was really delicious, very good choice and quality of dishes. A minor flaw for improvement is too weak bulbs in the rooms, it is twilight at night.

This place iz amazing! Easily reached by car, surrounded by nature, big and comfortable rooms, reach breakfast with a garden view, high customer service. This place has exceeded my expectations. Will definately come back!

Well a bit out of the way, but has really spacious rooms, even if you can hear a lot of noise from the upper rooms

It is a very nice place with super friendly and helpful team. We was exactly in the Christmas time and all-around was closed, but they gave us teapot, bread and etc. The host helped us with information about bus schedule, taxi and supported us in many other questions. The room is a bit old-fashioned, but it was clean and big.

Very nice small hotel, a short distance to Frankfurt Airport (but allow for heavy traffic). We had a large two-bed room, with plenty of space for laying out 2 suitcases. Very friendly and helpful owner.

The hotel is in need of modernisation. Wi-fi is terrible. The restaurant has closed permanently which is a shame because the meals were good. On the plus side. The rooms are clean.

The welcome was friendly despite the Stress in the Restaurant. The room was small but cozy. By the separation of the corridor, has created an additional room (Good idea!!). Arriving to the Alte Bergmühle, it gave the impression of a cosines and local grounding that is difficult to find these days. The rooms were dated in parts, but clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly helpful and always interested in making sure you has the best of everything! The food was one of the standout parts, the chef has created a masterful menu all of which I tasted was delicious.

Located about 40 mins by car to the Messe, souring area is very quiet, and close to an old Burg Hayn.

Great hotel with nice antique style room. The personnel are really friendly and customer orientated. The restaurant is excellent with fresh food and high gastronomy cuisine. The room price is reasonable for the confort. Definetly I strongly recommend to stay and to enjoy a dinner

We stayed there for four weeks, but not once was our room cleaned. We had to clean the room ourselves. Good location if you want to fly out of Frankfurt airport very reasonable price in its category I rate it a 5 star, good food, parking very nice staff entrance to parking a challenge I am a repeat customer

Very friendly and flexible staffs. Old facilities but spacious. Ham and Creme brureé at breakfast must be tried. If I have to say something, it would be better hair drier was in the room.

Good hotel and price is also good. It was clean, breakfast was decent, they have free parking as well. Stairs were a bit dirty and on holidays couldn't see anyone on reception but we didnt face any difficulty. All in all, good experience. The rooms can be noisy though as it is on the street with continuous traffic.

Stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt. The staff were all friendly and the room was very comfortable. Good hot water and water pressure. The breakfast has a good selection but might run out of some items as the time nears 9am. Eating before 8 am was always good. Dont worry if your room faces the street. Rooms of this 3 star hotel are spacious enough and clean and quiet that enables you calm rest. Small toilet is matching the purpose, staff is very friendly. I may conclude that price is fair enough.

The hotel is a little bit out from Frankfurt but it's easy to go to the center using public transportation. And the man in the reception is kind and cozy.

Small, but fine. Very friendly staff, almost family atmosphere. Room new set up. Street right next door in some of the rooms audible. To me this has not disturbed. Just at the time of booking to a quiet room questions.

Nice modern hotel with huge rooms and great breakfast - and very economical! Hotel is located in a light industrial area, so not the best neighbourhood to go out. But if you are just looking for a quiet, decent, clean and welcoming place to stay the night, I would highly recommend.

Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. I'm giving 3 stars because the shuttle advertising on Expedia was misleading - there is NO shuttle to the airport. You'll have to pay for a taxi or Uber.

Hotel was well located for where I wanted to be. Shower heater kept tripping which meant hot water kept disappearing. Bar staff were very slow and inattentive.

Excellent staff, friendly, attentive, quick. while the hotel seems a bit dated the rooms are spacious and well designed. nice balcony, huge bath with tub. generous mirror and sink space. huge entry walj in closet. All the nice touches of a 4 -5 star hotel plus working AC and pmenty of free parking.

The room was comfortable and nice. The conference facility, in a building next to the hotel room building, was spacious and independent. The only issue was that there were no close-by convenience stores and restaurants...

decent clean place tends to be understaffed if hotel is fully booked. breakfast could be better but can make do. limited choices for vegetarians
