You really feel at home here, everyone is always friendly and the environment is really beautiful. Both the hotel and the restaurant are highly recommended, we have been coming here for over ten years.

Nice hotel in a nice quiet location with a great view. Clean rooms, good food and very friendly staff. We will be back.

We always eat at the Marienturm when we are in Rudolstadt. In my opinion, there is nothing comparable if you are looking for good food and excellent service. The mix of classic Thuringian dishes and varied alternative dishes is what makes it special. Small and manageable menu where everyone will find something.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Panorama-Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of the lady (owner) at the reception. Her friendly demeanor and exceptional character set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable stay.

The check-in process was a breeze, and we were even allowed to check-in a bit early. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt not only welcomed but also valued as a guest. Her genuine kindness and positive energy created a delightful atmosphere that instantly puts one at ease.

Throughout my stay she consistently exemplified outstanding customer service by giving great advice in regards to food (where is the best place to eat) or outdoor activities.

In addition to the exceptional service at the reception, the hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The Sauna area is clean and inviting to close the day off.

Of course at the End I have to mention the location of the remarkable Hotel. The View is priceless and should be enjoyed during the day and at night.

Spending a few days in this idyllic setting was a real luxury! Fresh breakfast (everything to please the palate), breathtaking views, and the room really lacked nothing. I look back fondly on the time I spent in this hotel!

Nice hotel located on a hill next to the Marienturm. Beautiful view over Rudolstadt and the Saale valley. The hotel has a good restaurant with terrace. Tip: booking a table with a view over the valley is recommended. Decent breakfast buffet as you would expect in Germany. Spacious rooms, unfortunately no air conditioning. Sufficient (free) parking on site.
