There are certain standards according to which a hotel is classified as a "4 star" hotel. Depending on the classification, visitors pay decent amounts of money for their stay. I am of the opinion that the Best Western in Rüsselsheim does not observe 4 star standards. The hotel is located close to the highway which provides easy access. A good hotel not far from the highway and the airport . The hotel's parking is quite small, thus easy to get full in no time. The entrance and the corridors are not so friendly, but the room was tidy and clean. I also enjoyed having tea - a plus here for tea options.

Property was fine ~ almost a hostel ~ was on the second floor and hallway smelled of faint smoking/vaporing ??? where hotel is listed as Non Smoking. Bed was literally 6 to 8 inches off the floor. Doorways narrow. Power outlets very limited.

Place is good and so was the room. However, their service was not that good as we had booked the room and mentioned in the booking that we will be arriving early and still they charged us extra for early check-in. Even worst, the room service maid walked in while we were inside which was really bad.

I was greeted warmly upon my arrival. The room was very nicely furnished (see pictures) and clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was also delicious. So I have no complaints and can only recommend the hotel.

This hotel has the smallest comforter in Europe. Considering most Europeans are big and tall, I found it hard to imagine how they could under such tiny comforters. Hotel is basic and clean. Bed was comfortable however AC in room 117 wasn’t working and missed not having a gym on site. There are no shops around either. Three star hotel is an appropriate rating. Hair dryers operate intermittently, cooling system does not work, no telephone in rooms to contact reception. Bed is comfortable and room size is adequate with a good size workdesk. Attached brewpub has some excellent brews, but food service is a bit spotty, our meals arriving at the table quite tepid. I booked this hotel on my way from Canada (Calgary) to Kiev I pay $75 CAD but get service like at least $200 in Canada. They provide shuttle from airport 15 minutes to drive maximum. The rooms are clean. Shared kitchen in the basement. Absolutely unsuitable for night shift workers. Siren on the roof, drunk pensioners playing boccia in the afternoon, church bells in front of the window and the rooms cannot be darkened properly, as three stars are selected.

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday, around 1 pm. Good basic food, only one lady attending the outside area. It was ok, but we won't go out of our way to find this place in the future. We were on a weekend at the hotel opposite, so it would be unlikely we`ll ever be back.
