Stains in carpet, bar and restaurant closed which is bad. Not much near for eating. Good bed and shower.

Great hotel experience for the buisness traveler in the Frankfurt area. Affordable and relatively close to the airport. The breakfast is on the pricy side and not very good. Staff is helpful and the amenities are standard.

Everything was okay it would be a 3,5 if possible, clean rooms and fine breakfast, also fine for business trips or just for a night stop over.

Great hotel, clean and comfy, one draw back that we have to pay for the parking in it's own building.

Nice, comfortable, modern rooms. Big plus because of selve check-in kiosk in front of main entrence (kiosk allows even regain room card, if you accidentally, leave it into the room). Hotel has a terrace which is perfect place to watch planes landing on Frankfurt Airport.

Brand new hotel, still has that fresh scent. Rooms are modern and a bit weird for my taste. Also, your room key is required to activate the lighting system in the room, so you can leave the lights on when you leave.

Cleaning warm friendly comfortable price friendly for the budget minded traveler, walking distance to a just OKThai restaurant, 15 minute walk to a Rewa, pharmacy, and DM. Parking yes. We'd go back. English and German spoken there easily. Elevator. Very good breakfast. Easy access to the autobon. 15 minutes to the airport by car.

This hotel has the smallest comforter in Europe. Considering most Europeans are big and tall, I found it hard to imagine how they could under such tiny comforters. I asked the front desk for larger blanket or cover, and was told that they did not have any. Food was abysmal in the hotel. We were served "wild mushroom soup". But my soup looked and tasted like Campbell's tomato soup, with cool whip foam...

Good hotel with morning breakfast and WiFi. Rooms are small but in good condition. There is comman kitchen also in case you want to cook your own meals

Its okay, would have been five stars if it wasn't for the reoccurring smell of toilet hanging about in the air every now and then. Also the carpet stains in the hallways.. Unpleasant sight.

There are certain standards according to which a hotel is classified as a "4 star" hotel. Depending on the classification, visitors pay decent amounts of money for their stay. I am of the opinion that the Best Western in Rüsselsheim does not observe 4 star standards. The hotel is located close to the highway which provides easy access. A good hotel, handy for both motorway and town centre. Close to Frankfurt airport and there is a discounted taxi transfer to/from there but you have to contact the hotel to organise this. The hotel is clean in both rooms and public areas. Rooms are well equipped and have everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

From the outside it doesn't look like welcoming. But the most rooms are modernized, the prices are ok and the breakfast is also good.

Staff were pleasant enough, rooms OK. However, if you are going in the summer, be warned they don't have aircon in the rooms. I was provided with a fan, but even still it makes for some uncomfortable sleeping in hot weather. Stayed here recently for business travel. It's a very nice and spacious hotel that is family-owned and operated. The rooms are big and comes with bidets and walk-in showers. Breakfast is served in the lobby every morning. There's no real gym, just a pay-per-use sauna and elliptical machine. The rooms overlook a public parking lot and the Main River, which can get noisy. Of course, there's no air conditioning...

Nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The room was huge. Everything was top notch and modern. Beautiful view of the river. Good breakfast. AC that actually gets the room cool (unusual in Europe). Short walk to S-Bahn station and 10 minute ride to Frankfurt Airport.

Place is good and so was the room. However, their service was not that good as we had booked the room and mentioned in the booking that we will be arriving early and still they charged us extra for early check-in. Even worst, the room service maid walked in while we were inside which was really bad.

For long working seasons. Small kitchen with some appliances. Internet seems to be good. Lots of sympathy from the staff.

Good and above all authentic Indian restaurant. Kudos to the chef. Samosas and Dal Makhani are very good. The staff is very attentive (whether you need more side dishes, for example)

I was greeted warmly upon my arrival. The room was very nicely furnished (see pictures) and clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was also delicious. So I have no complaints and can only recommend the hotel.

The best accommodation far and wide! You feel super comfortable, the employees are very friendly, especially the boss. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are very nicely decorated. I have nothing to fault.
