Service could be better but the location is good very near to train station and a lot of restaurants nearby.
They are trying to frame us with water damage here and damaged personal goods
We came back in the evening to find the entryway of our hotel room soaked in water, lights on and my personal pillow and headband SOAKING with a brown liquid on the bed
They told us we “supposedly” left the faucet open even tho we didn’t and even have witnesses of how we left the room in the morning: all lights out, all faucets closed, all heaters off.
They are literary trying to frame us with something we didn’t do
And why were my personal belongings soaking when I left them on the bed this morning?? And even soaking with a sugary dark liquid AND FOAMING as if someone tried to wash them??
On the brighter side, the rooms itself are spotless and very clean. The receptionist is very polite and helpful.
