There is literally no WiFi connection in my room. I was staying on the 3rd floor. The signal WiFi signal that reached my room was only 2G. Even after complaining this to the reception and getting second room changed. The room has torn curtains and an uncared or uncleaned couch.
The room cleaning team is not doing the job up to the satisfaction mark. The room stinks even after cleaning. No freshness smell.
I am a regular customer of ACHAT groups, but I am very disappointed now. I would think of using ACHAT service once again rather than prefer and try some other unknown hotel groups.

Nice hotel, small rooms but clean, good heating in the room, good breakfast

Cleaning warm friendly comfortable price friendly for the budget minded traveler, walking distance to a just OKThai restaurant, 15 minute walk to a Rewa, pharmacy, and DM. Parking yes. We'd go back. English and German spoken there easily. Elevator. Very good breakfast. Easy access to the autobon. 15 minutes to the airport by car.

This hotel has the smallest comforter in Europe. Considering most Europeans are big and tall, I found it hard to imagine how they could under such tiny comforters. I asked the front desk for larger blanket or cover, and was told that they did not have any. Food was abysmal in the hotel. We were served "wild mushroom soup". But my soup looked and tasted like Campbell's tomato soup, with cool whip foam on the top. There was not a single bit of mush in my soup. Beef goulash was okay, but the vegetables served with it looked and tasted like they were over a week old. Also the eating area smelled like ashtray. I was sure the staff had been chain smoking before we walked in.

Parcking was full when we arrived so we have to park our car in the road.
The Road that is in front of the hotel was closed for renovation but the hotel didn't inform us about it so we took a separate route to reach the hotel.
The reception was not the best in the business.
Breakfast was not up to the standard. Options were very limited.

Found a cockroach in my room. Poor wifi reception, not recommended if you have work to do. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are small.

Stayed there on night due to cancelled flight. Room had an odd smell and everything seemed a bit old and worn out. We were three colleagues getting a room and even though the airline had booked and payed a room for each of us they tried to squeeze two of us into one room... Not cool! Not going back there for sure...
