Angel's - das hotel am golfpark

Room was not what I requested. Had a bed upstairs. Spiral staircase. It was hot upstairs. They said they only had one room that looked like the one I booked with only one level and large bed. Did not try to satisfy the customer, only that I was wrong and not rooms like I ordered available. The woman managing the breakfast was awesome and does a great job. The restaurant food was great.

The reception staff was very professional and helpful .The room was clean and OK so far. The mattresses of the bed were me personally too soft, and only one Luggage rack was missing (for work reasons I prefer to live out of a suitcase – a wardrobe was available). The air conditioning was unfortunately very weak but very loud. The Spa area I have not visited and can therefore make no statement. The Breakfast buffet was very versatile and lies open, in my opinion, little to be desired. One Morning the scrambled eggs was unfortunately too cold, because the fuel paste containers, have unfortunately not been enabled. The service staff was well in the morning and friendly. The Service"Team" on the day (on the terrace) was unstructured and disorganized. After a critical demand whether it could at all, or even get a Service, it was sadly unfriendly. I suspect that the main waiter can not generally deal with the criticism and then obviously personally offended felt - very unprofessional. Here is a guest tip – criticism, accept it, apologize, smile, and possibly a fist in the pocket, then better work and then, if necessary, through the generous gratuity to look forward to. The Golf course (3 x 9 hole) I had a lot of fun. The greens were in good condition.
