This is an old hotel. Room services are not offered. Management have a lot of hidden costs. For example, this is the first hotel we have paid for parking and there is no space for free parking. We paid 7 EUR per night. No discounts. It costs extra to change towels. 1 EUR for small yellow towels and 2 EUR for big white towels. Food is decent I would say, but then you have to like buffet breakfast and dinner.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever been in, Really bad hotel. The rooms are very old, and not so clean. The carpet and curtains look like they have never been cleaned. As a person with asthma the room caused a lot of pain due to the dust. No fridge, or even a kettle. Shower is tiny with poor water pressure
I arrived at 8:30pm to the hotel after a very long journey and starving to find out that there is no food available past 8pm. Staff are very rude and unfriendly

A dusty old hotel with no restaurants open, no kettle or fridge in the room, no one to order tea from, What kind of hotel is that?
It's in the middle of nowhere! My partner got sick and just needed a cup of tea, and they don't have anything to serve, nor there is room service. I don't know how the rating is 4 stars on Google Maps.

The Sauna is only naked Sauna, and the staff are very rude there.

Yes, it is an rather „retro“ Hotel and so the sofa is a bit aged. So don‘t expect brand new furnishing/facillities. But it has it‘s charm and is a reminder of the former GDR. The staff is very friedly and helpful and the breakfast is delicious and offers many variations (also vegan milk and breadspread options) and lots of fresh fruit.
The pool costs extra but was in good condotion. The whole family enjoyed the slides and the waves.
Only the strikt non-smoking policy did not work and people unfortunately smoked on the balkony. The staff was very apologetic about it and tried to solve the problem immediately but could not find pur all smokers.
Overall we experienced good value for our money and would definetely book again.

We come here for the pool, which is the only one of its kind in the whole area. The entrance fee for a family of five (three children) for three hours seems to be rather steep - we paid 50 Euros. Once inside there are two water slides and there is an artificial wave every hour for five to ten minutes in the lower pool. When there is sunshine outside the views are amazing. There is no food or drink available inside the pool area. Changing rooms are rather cramped and sometimes a bit smelly. Parking is available about five minutes away by foot, so be prepared for that. Still, it is the only pool of its kind - so it’s a bit take it or leave it.

In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. Also, everyone is EXTREMELY unfriendly, almost rude. Even if there is absolutely no prior information, when you arrive at the hotel they charge for absolutely everything as an extra. To access the pool area, EUR 8 per person for 2 hours. The pool area is old and seedy (as is the entire hotel). The area is not suitable for small children as it is extremely cold and the water was "heated" to only 29 degrees! So we couldn't use the pool, but we still had to pay to stay 15 minutes in this horrible area. The room is extremely old, everything has strong signs of wear and tear. The rug was dirty, as was the couch. The bathroom is small and horrible, low pressure shower, tiny shower box and plastic curtains. In the kitchen there was only 1 pan (which was giant) and that was it! Impossible to use even to heat baby food. There are no microwaves or "normal" cups (only really mini ones). No accessories for cooking basically, not suitable for more than 1 night. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms. The parking lot is far away so it is not convenient if it is cold, raining or snowing.

I stayed there for a night while working for potential company after the end of my study. The receptionist was very friendly and gave me the key to my room. The room was at the ground floor. In the morning I was woken up by noisy diggers and trucks which drove with high speed around the hotel at 4.50 am. The shower was very small, so that the shower curtain touched you anyway. Also the shower head was very low and not stable. I had to hold it all the time. Besides, the water pressure was very low. At breakfast I was asked for my room number but nobody told me where to sit and where not. So I just sit at some random table. After some time some guests came to my table and yelled at me why I would sit at there place. This was very embarrassing. The problem was that some service personal told me at the dinner the night before that it was indifferent where I would sit despite the reservation signs on the table. I also went for a swim in the waterpark but unfortunately there was no place to swim because the pools were for childs and families to play not for swimmers.
