Where to stay in Schwabisch Gmund

Single room for non-smoker is good. Peaceful place have an air condition but its up to you switch it on or not.

Good hotel , clean, great breakfast, I did not use the spa but I believe it is same good. Good piece, and the town is fantastic

Friendly and efficient staff. Clean Rooms. A large fitness area. But the older atmosphere of the room renovation long overdue. For short Stays ok.

Not easy to find since the actual road was not on the navi and there was basically no big sign with the Hotel name. Room and breakfast was ok.

Room perfumed, Elevator dirty old mess from the night was in the morning, in the Elevator, friendly attentive staff, Breakfast, clean tidy, who is also a bit too expensive for a Büffee, in-room Internet ok, TV is great a little slow when switching to little power outlets in the bathroom, on the Desk, too little Parking directly at the Hotel for z usually Park in the Park house opposite the bedroom...

This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff... very close to everything down town.. great location..great breakfast... very clearn. And quiet. 4 STAR HOTEL...👍🏼

Quiet location, kind and attentive staff. There was even ample parking. (It was a little hard to find though) Breakfast was typical German breakfast cuisine. Loved it! Would definately come again.

No swimming place ...close to bus stop...and shopping market. Wifi doesnt work sometime...rooms are a bit small

Centrally located hotel rooms located in the heart of Gmünd. The rooms are now a little long in the years, but renovation work is going on. The advantage is the proximity to the city centre and the market place is definitely.

I am satisfied with everything the hotel offered - breakfast, comfortable room, wonderful view, closeness to both to the city centre and to the train/bus station.

Central to City center and to public transportation. Great staff, very clean room, modern, and a very nice breakfast. Relatively quiet (we visited on the weekend).

The hotel is located in the center. The room is big and clean. The view from the room is absolutely stunning! I love the bowl and plate offered in breakfast. It is such a delight to start the day with. Thank you!

Very nice history hotel near the city center. Stayed there a couple of times and the staff was always extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast has very good choices and with very good flavour. The room was always clean. It had a parking structure near the hotel. The hotel TV has the normal German hotel channels.

Quaint medieval origins with modern conveniences, but don't expect spa, pool, nor weight room. Do expect to in the heart of old Gmünd. Excellent breakfast offerings in the old stone vault cellar.

Food was excellent but the place was packed on Sunday. Parking was pretty tight, but we got a spot in the underground garage. I had the Zwiebelrostbraten with fried potatoes and my son has schnitzel and fries. Schnitzel came with a gravy on it that wasnt listed on the menu. Food took 45 mins to arrive and seating was difficult as the staff were so busy they didnt know how to seat new guests. We...

I've been relegated several times in the "Hölzle". The location is quiet and rural with beautiful views and very suitable for hikers and peace seekers. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and modern furnishings including free Wi-Fi. You sleep like on clouds, because the beds are equipped with special mattresses and bed sheets with silver threads. Room is good for money. No English speaking receptionist. Needs to travel for buying groceries and food.

Decent value for money. Generally a quiet place in a calm area. Beds were a bit sunken, mostly fits is an overnight only place.

The Hotel is class..I spent 3 days there...Unfortunately, only in the hospital. Clean, large, the staff friendly. .Everything you could need. The coffee vending machine. A small kitchen if you want to make something to eat. And clean. I can recommend with a clear conscience. TOP would always come back.

Since our last visit the bathrooms have been improved. We talked to the owner and they still are planning to continuously improve everything. They got big plans for the balkony which should be finished in about 6 weeks. What impressed me was no sign of building stuff. It just happened behind the covers somehow. The Hotel Rosengarten is perfectly rings for a stay in Schwäbisch Gmünd, or bed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, you realize that it is a family-run Hotel. My room was very clean, it lacked absolutely nothing and the shower with giant shower head is a dream. I would recommend it to anyone, whether you are on a holiday in the beautiful Region of, or on business in Schwäbisch Gmünd.

Great little Hotel ! Clean, staff very friendly, room was with small balcony, although it was in the description. Great Breakfast buffet, for my taste the decor in the Hotel was perhaps a little too "cheesy". Clear Recommendation!

There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel. There is still an underground car park, but with my van, no chance. Small but very clean and nice bathroom. Room very clean too. It is best to book online to get the best price, there are very strong price fluctuations from 55 to 80 € what I have noticed and booking directly does not guarantee the best price here?

Very nice hotel. Price and performance go very well together! Breakfast is sufficient for a small hotel and you get full, but you shouldn't expect too many choices.

Hotel is clean and room is big enough. Breakfast plentiful, coffee is delicious. Staff is friendly. The star deduction was there because the rooms are not air-conditioned and because there is a refrigerator in the entrance, but it is locked .. So definitely bring drinks!

Clean. Friendly accommodating staff, good breakfast buffet, easy walking distance to the city zentrum. Private parking by the hotel. Overall a good deal for the money. Only reason I can't give a 5 star is the terrible pillow!

Can walk to a downtown shopping area. Rooms a clean and a decent size, but the shower is tiny. The breakfast is delicious.

The place was ok and simple and I had a stay there few times. Last visit was no good. No hot water in morning. Bath before 3am if you need hot water..

Clean room but not sound proof. As the door came with auto closure, it is very loud and can even wake you up from your sleep. Do take note that every room come with 2 single beds and every now and then you can hear ppl pushing the bed. Hotel is closed from 12pm to 4pm and 10pm to 7am. Entrance or exit will only be by the back door using key card.

Convenient and functional hotel, with appealing interior. Standard room and bath a bit tiny , however well equipped for a 3 star. Overall clean, but room service apparently not available on weekends? Beds are comfy, be sure to get a large double bed instad of 2 single beds, which slip apart easily. Bottom line: Good value for money.

Was a Nice hotel, breakfast was kind of poor.. rooms were Nice bed was Nice airco was Nice and the shower was Nice... reception was okay.. too bad that you have to go downstairs for tea and coffee and there is no microwave ... no minibar no facility to iron my clothes

4 stars only because I would like fly screens on the windows. Rooms are more than reasonable for the price. The food in the associated restaurant is tasty and cheap and the employees are friendly and helpful across the board. Exemplary.

Visited in August. Restaurant was closed. Does not look like a 3 stars. Mould in the saop dispencer. Fly in the orange juice. Rooms with a view on an unkempt courtyard. Beds clean.

Very friendly hosts! They take good care of their guest and make sure that you lack nothing for a comfortable stay.

Hello thermal bath community I only know the outside pool. From the youth ... Today for the first time BB indoor thermal bath. IRENA Aftercare program Small, nice, very helpful, super friendly, what more could I want .... oh the weckle mighty to my pair of country hunters ... Physiotherapists are demanding and attentive. I'm already looking forward to the next visit🐑😎

Is a very small mineral bath with two pools, one of which is currently being rebuilt and is therefore blocked. Everything is okay. You really shouldn't expect anything big ... What annoyed me is that you can only leave the parking lot with a code, but nowhere is there a hint where you can get it from. You have to take a piece of paper with a code from a small bowl at the thermal bath's cash desk. Here...

Price / performance fits. Small children are also welcome here in contrast to other thermal baths in the area. The pools have nothing special to offer, but for a relaxing time in warm thermal water it is by far enough.

I like to go there not so crowded. Quiet atmosphere and very nice staff. The same applies to the vital center. If you don't want to train in a hustle and bustle, this is the right place for you.

Hotel like a morgue no atmosphere and room not as advertised on the website beware!! Staff not really interested and all restaurants and bars closed. Best to stay somewhere else. The hotel is located reletively close to Stuttgart. The rooms are clean and quite. There is a good breakfast.
