Ideal location - 5 min to the train station, 20 km to the Europa Park. Strasbourg is 36 km. Clean modernized rooms, but air conditioning is missing. Breakfast buffet is sufficient. Parking in front of the Hotel sufficiently. The enjoyment arena in the middle of the courtyard is worth a visit.

The stay in the hotel left nothing to be desired. We were there with our 2 children and the in-laws. Everyone was absolutely thrilled. The apartments are modernly furnished. I booked a non smoking room and all of my clothes smelled as if I would be a chainsmoker after my stay. When I arrived I was told there was recently a break in attempt. So I did not feel too secure back then, though nothing happened during my stay. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

No air conditioning, good breakfast.

We were looking for a dog-friendly hotel. We found this one online and booked it. Upon arrival, a very unfriendly staff member informed us that pets were not allowed. This immediately presented a problem for us. After a lengthy discussion, our dog was eventually allowed to stay for an additional charge of €20. We would have preferred a friendlier and more understanding welcome.

Family-run Italian hotel in Germany A little gem of a hotel. They have the world's best Italian restaurant in the backyard. Sooo cozy. Insanely good food. Recommend pizza ala Casa. And the price of both the hotel and the food was nothing to complain about.

There is virtually nothing within a walk from this hotel in terms of eating or coffee except the hotel itself and a small cafe that was never open. Heads up on check in as it is not a conventional hotel you must go to the main building to get your keys to access the building that you may be staying at which is just around the corner from main building. The hotel was nice and clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom/shower. Everything looked very updated and modern. There's a big, nice lounge, a front desk where you can buy food and more, and vending machines with snacks + coffee and even soup in the lobby. My only problem was I thought the breakfast buffet was lacking, but still not bad.

The noise from the road would make it impossible to sleep with the window open, which was not an issue for us. This hotel was located near the amusement park; Europa-Park. The staff were really kind to us. We left the hotel early in the morning (6am), they told us exactly how to do with keys and so on, and we also asked them about the breakfast (which was open from 8am) which were superb prepared. It felt that the Ricci family gave us genuine love. This hotel is warmly recommended!

Amazing Bed & Breakfast Everything was very clean and amazing. The host was very gracious and let us into our room early. The room has a FRIDGE! Unheard of in Germany. In the future we would book our whole stay here instead of the EP/Rulantica hotels. There was also a fridge in the lobby with refreshments for purchase. 11/10 highly recommend.
