Perfect location. Easy to walk to Europa-Park. Very very friendly people, great breakfast. Rooms are simple but very clean and good maintained. I would go there again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean, tidy, and well equipped with the basic nessesaties. The breakfast was delicious, offering a traditional variety of food that is very fresh & delicious. The location is great - walking distance to Europa Park. I definitely recommend the place for a short stay.

Despite having paid 2 nights they resold my room for late arrival. They let me out without a room and refused to refund me. Beware!

Small but cosy hotel near the Europark theme park (walking distance). The rooms are basic but clean. There was a safe and hairdryer in the room, which are nice extra's. The staff was very friendly and willing to help or answer any questions. Our stay was during the Covid-19 measures and the staff did everything to make it a safe stay for everybody. Breakfast is also basic but there was everything we needed / wanted and the lady at the breakfast buffet was guiding and helping everybody. Very well done! If we ever go to Europapark again we will book this hotel again.

A big warning about this place: if you do not check-in to this hotel by midday, you ARE NOT ALLOWED to check-in at all. I had booked a room for myself and my children, but changed the check-in time to the afternoon, as we decided to visit Rulantica first. This is my fault - the owners *had* emailed me to say that the reception was only open in the morning, but I didn't realise it would be that ridiculous. And they refused to offer a refund. I've just spent 150 CHF on a hotel stay I couldn't use. My children were in tears. You've been warned.

Once you check in , it is hard to get in contact with receptionist for help. Ask for wifi when you check in or you wont get it. But even with that, when you do see them, they are nice and helpful. Beds are really comfortable and they provide everything else that is needed.

Good location. 5 min walk to the park. Very clean and nice rooms. Tasty breakfast and very friendly staff. Would recommend strongly.

Be aware of your arrive time. You might have chance to be locked outside like us and no money refunded. It'll be better for travelers to call on the daytime to make sure the closing time of reception desk.
