Basic, clean room. Staff is uninformative...offhandish. Dining room food is of questionable quality served in an extremely brightly lit bar/ restaurant. Over breakfast i was treated to owner/manager loudly admonishing staff... Work to be done to deliver 3^ plus quality.

Good hotel for its price, you get what you pay for. Basic room, simpel but nice breakfast, friendly staf and very clean (both the rooms and the hotel itself).

The hotel is located not far from the motorway. The parking is free The building seems to be of the sturdy German construction, located in a quiet part of the village. The check-in was absolutely great! No doubts there. We had checked in close to 9 pm and the hotel restaurant was slated to take the last order by 9 pm. She had informed them of our arrival and got them to wait!!! This is absolutely brilliant...

Very nice hotel. Very Comfortable. Can only recommend. But also the nightlight needs to be changed. It is much to bright for reading in the evening.

Recommended for those who has stay for the nearby offices like Delta. Old rooms. Non-German speakers would face little problem while communicating with few staffs. However staffs are very nice. Some kind of noise may disturb you in few rooms.

Brilliant overnight stop at Hotel Susato. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay at a great price. Good parking, friendly service, a clean comfortable room and a good breakfast buffet. We also ate an evening meal in the restaurant, very good unpretentious cooking, attentive service and good value for money. Recommended.

Hotel Susato is just south of the nice old centre of Soest where once every couple of years the spectacular Soester Fehde (Feud) medieval festival takes place. Next to the hotel is a large parking place (P2) and on the other side of the ring road there is a nice park where part of the festival takes place when that’s on. The cleaness of the hotel is normal. The hotel staff is supportive. The breakfast is good. There is a very good restaurant near the hotel (Restaurant Aloisius, 5min walk from the hotel).

Unexpected gem! Excellent room. Five star, modern amenities in a very clean and spacious room. Modern bathroom with hair dryer provided. Have travelled all over Europe and United States and did not expect such modern amenities in such a quaint, small German town. Truly lovely.

Very nice property. They should however update their information to say that they do not have breakfast on Monday. It was hard to check in after hours as it could not find my reservation without trying multiple times before finally getting the information I needed and checked in

We recently stayed here for one night. If you arrive after 18:30 on a weekday or after 13:00 on weekends, you have to use the machine to check in. Easy enough, but seems odd there is no one to contact in case of issues like noisy neighbors, etc . For example, we wanted to use the EV charger, but couldn't. I also thought it was incredibly cheap that the bill included surcharges of 1 Euro for internet...

It’s one of my many visits in this hotel. Very nice place, maybe a bit pricey but for this standard it’s ok. They started doing breakfast as an option. That’s good improvement. Rooms are quiet and very clean. I will be coming back again very soon.

Cheap and cheerful no staff just book in by credit card

Clean, Efficient and Great Value Motel in Soest Citymotel Soest is a no frills but very clean, comfortable and efficient motel. Moderately large room. Exceptional value at 60 euros a night. Fully automated check-in. Minor snacks, coffee and beer (!) from a machine.

Very basic. But nice and cheap. Enough for one night stay on long journey. Rooms are very clean. Railway very close, you can hear it, but i think there’s no trains after 11pm. Car park is paid €2 for 24h which is not bad. Close to the city center. In general, my big yes. I think this will be my spot for stay, and I stay in Soest twice a year.

We booked this room primarily due to the price. We found the room to be equal to many other rooms on this trip that cost much more. It was quiet, clean, spacious and the mattress was firm.

I did not had contact to personel. The CityMotel does not offer breakfast, therefor selection was not present.

This was my 2nd time and I really like it here. There aren’t many hotels within the walls of Soest and this one is very reasonably priced. My aunt (not a guest) joined me for breakfast which was only €10.90. Breakfast is lovely. White and seedy bread rolls, croissant, hard boiled egg, meats and cheeses and of course very nice coffee. Breakfast room is also lovely and cosy.

A lovely relaxed hotel. Small and comfortable - although the rooms are really spacious. Beautiful food in the restaurant. Friendly staff who even helped me improve my very rudimentary German with patience and humour. I will definitely return. I want to explore more Soest and its surroundings and this hotel is a great hub to do this.

We were in the cafe. Very nice and furnished with great attention to detail. Cappuccino was unfortunately not hot and the cake was still frozen. That is not how it works. Too bad, we expected more.

Beautiful house with comfortable, lovingly furnished and renovated, very clean rooms. Well-groomed allocation that invites you to linger on every corner. The wine cellar and the beer garden are really cozy, the service friendly and attentive. A hearty breakfast is available in the cozy café, where you can also find a large selection of cakes during the day. We didn't find anything to complain about...

It was our second time at Cappuccino, clean and nice room. The food in the evening was very tasty and the breakfast was rich and very nicely decorated, the staff was very friendly, we will definitely be back.

Booked an overnight stay at the Hotel Wulff. A back massage, dinner and use of the in-house swimming pool and sauna were included in the price. 135 euros per person. It is a 3 star hotel, you shouldn't forget that. Free parking available. It's a bit old, but some effort has been put into furnishing it to make it pleasant. For a *** hotel you get really nice rooms here, the service was absolutely courteous and friendly. The wellness treatment I received (bathtub with massage jets) was super pleasant and relaxing. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of gastronomy, but for the price it's absolutely fine. I would go there again at any time.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for one night. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. All the employees were very nice. The application was also very pleasant. It's a small hotel right next to the spa park, so if you don't like it so busy, you're in good hands there. We will repeat it again.

I have not been so happy with my stay at the hotel for a long time. Very nice owners. They even waited for me with dinner. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Rooms in two new buildings, spacious, comfortable beds. Large private parking. An ideal place for those who like cycling trips. The hotel is perfectly adapted to the needs of cyclists with extra space for bikes. There are many routes nearby....

Clean, fresh place for decent money but service is a disaster.

There were four of us here at the weekend and our rooms were in the new building. They were great! Everything was very clean and nicely furnished. The service was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and left nothing to be desired. Very nice hosts! The place is small and very quiet. Just right for a good night's sleep. The terrace invites you to linger, which we also used. There is free WiFi....

Sadly, we were not overly impressed with our recent (3 overnights) stay at Haus Delecke. All in all, the hotel and room itself were clean and tidy with a good bed and the room had clearly been recently renovated, in particular the bathroom. Fantastically beautiful rooms, some (like ours) with direct access to the lake. Extensive breakfast buffet can also be taken on the lakeside terrace. Consistently friendly staff. Use of the indoor pool included in the price. Unfortunately, this year the restaurant is not open (or only for breakfast) due to a lack of staff. I hope that will change again in the future, as we have eaten very well here...

A dream in good weather. We definitely recommend the apartments with direct access to the lake. You can reach the Möhnesee directly via a short flight of stairs. Calm. The breakfast was gigantic. In the breakfast room there is a freezer with excellent cold cuts. My first impression was that it was a farm shop. But no, it wasn't like that. These cold cuts are for the guests. The nice hosts cut as much of each variety as you want (there was also real Parma ham). We were extremely impressed by this generosity and friendliness and will definitely be back. Many Thanks

Appropriate price-performance ratio. Tidy rooms, clean and all in all okay. Parking spaces can become scarce. Breakfast is sufficient. Pizzeria across the street and a pleasant place with good cuisine next to the hotel.

I stayed here for one night last weekend with a group of 6 men on a bicycle tour. For our purpose this was exactly the right place. Self-check-in, late arrival, secure bike garage and a good breakfast buffet deserve a good review. One problem with one of our 3 rooms was dealt with in a professional manner, even so there was no staff on site. Overall good value for the money!

The hotel and restaurant is situated in a picturesque part of arnsberg. The food was great and the waiters where courteous. The steak was great and members of our party who had different things all loved what they had.

Rooms are modern and clean, good for business travelling. Breakfast is good but options are a bit limited since it is a small hotel. Some of the staff speak English. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and serves a wide range of schnitzels and meat/fish/game, also a few vegetarian options.

They have two sauna “cabins” one is quiet large. Very good treatment schedule - seems there is always something going on in one of the rooms. The indoor saunas and steam room are also excellent. When it is not too busy it has amazing charm and is an oasis of tranquility, however when full it's more like a hectic mall with no sense of peace.

A very nice hotel with beautiful grounds and a great restaurant. Very close to the motorway so no time is wasted if your stop is part of a longer journey but still very peaceful. One of the most comfortable beds my wife and I have ever slept in. Strongly recommended!

What a beautiful hotel! Our room was absolutely picturesque, and the hotel grounds were breathtaking. A really interesting combination of old German charm with a modern flare. We ate in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and both meals were great. If I’m ever in the area again I will consider Gut Kump a must stay location.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions now. Centrally located, the hotel is very clean. They offer a great breakfast and nothing is too much trouble to their wonderful staff. Quite frankly, we would go nowhere else.

Room was small and clean. Breakfast was nice and the staff were welcoming. I got a room looking towards the south (ie not facing the main road) & had a good time star-gazing from the comfort of my room

Nice small hotel, good value for money

By far my favorite hotel in the Lippstadt area. I spent probably 50 nights / year here when traveling to the area for business for many years. Great breakfast, convenient to downtown, simple and functional rooms, great bar, great people. It's hidden on a quiet street. And during certain times of the year there would only be a handful of people staying there.

The hotel has style. Nice rooms, nice view of the market square. The hotel is very nicely decorated inside, has an old style but modern. This is right on the market square. There is also parking for guests only. I can only recommend.

In the middle of Lipstadt. Big rooms, friendly staff. The area around is well-served fashion, restaurants, cafes, etc

Rooms or apartments- they are huge compared to the price paid.. It more felt like home due to way it was it was composed. A decent work, a sofa, a plush bed, dim lighting, coat racks. It was a very pleasant stay. All the instructions were in German with no translation so I just had to take a look at all these papers, smile and keep them back😅 Parking was free. The best hotel in Lippstadt. They service the best Crossaint for brekfast. They make it better than French. Rooms are spacious and neat.
