We were out to dinner. It was very good. The food was very tasty and a good selection of regional products! Especially good are the homemade lemonade :)

Nice Hotel in a quiet location with superb views. Also for celebrations, the panorama restaurant or the terrace. The Service is always friendly and the quality of the food at a good level.

Went to the restaurant to have some lunch with friends. We were greeted by a friendly waitress and had nice experience being on the second floor facing the river Elbe. Top marks for food.

Good Hotel with commendable Restaurant. The market place is a cul-de-SAC, therefore very quiet. The ferry shuttles constantly to the S-Bahn on the opposite Bank.

Simply recommendable: the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are relatively new. I don't really need more on a hiking holiday. The breakfast is definitely outstanding, which we did not expect here. The staff is very friendly and the boss is happy to help all hikers with tour planning after breakfast. The location is also really suitable for the region for 4-5 very cool day tours directly from the hotel...

Friendly and comfortable hotel centrally located in peaceful small town with plenty of walk, cycling and even boat trip recommendations.

Comfortable rooms, cosy little self-service bar and a delicious breakfast buffet. Furthermore, it lies at the town's central market, so there are dozens of restaurants just outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful: if you ask, they'll happily help you planning your stay in Stadt Wehlen!

A bit overpriced for what it's worth but the panorama is indeed lovely. The climb up from the ferry is absolute murder, avoid if possible.

Here the price performance ratio not true at all. We paid for a very nice furnished double room 140 Euro per night. The service at the front Desk gave us always the feeling that we are nervous. Unfortunately, just passing through, I was 2 weeks ago, the room with the sounding name "cowshed": very tastefully furnished, the bathroom with extra wide shower tray, all Sandstone colors, the view from the bed on the spacious terrace at the Pfaff stone. In the Morning, in the twilight, in 30 minutes on the Plateau of the lilies stone, to experience the sunrise above the sea of fog in the Elbe-loop...

Luxurious hotel and staff is very friendly and cooperative. 3-star rating vs price = excellent! Food very good + hygiene / air treatment because of COVID-19 well arranged! We also had to arrange something special and they helped us out of this neatly!

Gerade die Straße, die gern als Rennstrecke gebraucht wird, macht sehr viel Lärm. Ebenso ist die Sauna sehr klein, so dass man sich dafür anmelden muss. Das ist blöd, denn wie suchen generell nur Hotels mit Sauna und WLAN. Dann ist es enorm ärgerlich...

Typical german regional hotel with big rooms, great sevice and nice views

Nice place that gave us a pleasant surprise during our hike of the Malerweg. They have a very nice Spa area with IR, finish, steam and normal saunas. The room was big enough to hold 2 people and luggage comfortably and even had a small balcony for two. Wifi was mostly ok. Breakfast buffet was typical German (bread, rolls, sausages, eggs, spreads) but quite good. We also had dinner the evening of arrival...

Cool decor and a wide range of sporting activities both in and near to the hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable with a verandah. The food and drink was all excellent.

Awesome place for a couples weekend. Good food, good service, clean modern rooms, nice sauna and a load of sporting activities. All of this for a reasonable price.

The food at the restaurant was exactly what I needed after a tiring hike. The staff was very courteous and helpful (as long as you could get their attention), when I expressed concern over not having tasted crayfish before, they brought me some before they prepared the meal.

Great hotel experience in close proximity to the area‘s most prominent sights. Fair price. Hotel facilities are modern, nice and clean. Great rooms and wonderful spa area. Food was included (breakfast and dinner) and great. Can only recommend:)

We didn't stay at the hotel but we did eat at the restaurant. The server spoke great English, was quick, and kept checking on us. The location was good because it was right by a boat, people would take to go hiking. So, you could get a sweet treat right after hiking. Or a delicious meal. It was so cool because there was a robot that served your food to you. The food was delicious. We got desserts....

River view was exceptional, near to walking paths, travelling through the river

We were very pleased with our stay. The location is great for excursions around the region. The hotel restaurant is great and the rooms as well as the wellness center are clean and cozy. Small flaws in the hotel are more a matter of taste, so not relevant here, but: the fitness room could be loved more :)

Ideal structure as a starting point for walks in the surrounding area. Large and clean room. Leave the car on the other side of the Elbe and reach the hotel by boat.

Beautiful Hotel with all the amenities but very unfriendly staff upon arrival you will be sharply addressed to the Desk, the man is not stupid signs to read, and furthermore, the renovation of jam at the Wallpaper in the corridors, in part, breakdown, furniture scratched and... last point, no Parking 200 meters to the hotel with suitcases run you need to ca or a ferry ride cost to get to a... conclusion...

Decent place for a quick stop after a walk. Food was generic, service was OK. Atmosphere was quite cozy. Prices relatively high.

Very nice room with a renovated bathroom. Great location and the sauna is great after a long day of hiking taking one of many trails is the surrounding area. A comment for foreigners, the saunas are mixed and full nudity, which is common for Germany. The breakfast buffet was excellent however the restaurant only average, we ended up eating dinner at other close by places instead of at the hotel.

We were there for lunch before the hiking and for a coffee after the hiking. The mushrooms were delicious and the Cappuccino as well. Good quality food.

Went here for a conference ages ago. It was excellent: people are professional and very helpful. Rooms are good, too. It is nice and quute even though it is located next to the main tourist route to Bastei. Returned last weekend for a hiking tour. Had a coffee at this place and it has not changed. Everybody is very polite, pofessional and busily working to fulfill your needs.

Cozy place, decent food for friendly price

Great place for dinner, they even have an English translation of the menu. The food was really delicious for a good price. The pork tongue was really delicious, the pork steak with mushrooms was also delicious. I highly recommend this place. Also the atmosphere inside is very nice and the waiters are kind.

Great food great ambience! But the bowling alley was a little noisy from the restaurant area, I guess that can’t be helped. It is still cool that they manage to fit 3 bowling alleys in there!

Really cute hotel along the river. The staff were extremely kind and the dinner was definitely worth trying. Our room was sunny and clean. We were really happy with our stay! Only thing to note is that it is an 20-30 minute walk to pirna town and not accessible by public transport on weekends. So good if you have a bike or car but we walked and it was still ok :)

Quartier 5 is a really nice 4 stars hotel! It has a really good infrastructure. From the beginning, we received a warm welcoming. The decoration inside is exquisite and I was impressed about it. We stayed here for one night during our vacation. The hotel is in a small calm village and it has everything for a great vacation. We had a double room with balcony and it is freshly renovated, very clean and decorated with a lot of love to details. Superb Hotel with high quality restaurant. Just back from a weekend in Pirna visiting family and we stayed at the hotel. Check in was quick and no problems. The Restaurant was full and I would advise to book your table. The menu was only available in German,however not a problem the staff helped and we enjoyed a Superb meal, typical high quality. Didn't get an opportunity to try the Spar, how it did...

Very cozy, with a parking space in the courtyard, a cozy terrace in the garden and the apartment with a large bathroom (bathtub and shower cubicle) to the center of Pirna about 20 minutes by foot.

We were booked not into the Romantik Hotel proper but into Am Malerweg. Might be especially for hikers. We spent two nights one week apart in two different rooms. Room and bathroom were spacious enough for two. The first room however was quite dirty with dust bunnies and dirt on the floor and big chunk of hair in the bathroom. The 2nd room seemed better. Wifi was highly depending on the rooms location...

Great location in the middle of town. Old historic building, but our room was small and cramped. Beautiful patio area, which unfortunately was closed when we visited. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant offers views of the church.

The rooms were clean, but too small: one can't move around without hitting a wall or stumbling over the bed. Breakfast buffet was very good though and the location is an asset as well.

Clean, modern and located near a beautiful church. Small shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of cobblestone streets. Normal German-style breakfast is included in the price.
