The restaurant is modern, with sufficient staff. The service is friendly. The food was very tasty, the portions are small. The price / quality is acceptable. We liked it there.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location is great for excursions around the region. The hotel restaurant is great and the rooms as well as the wellness center are clean and cozy. Small flaws in the hotel are more a matter of taste, so not relevant here, but: the fitness room could be loved more :)

4-5 stars in advance. Nice hotel with views of the Elbe, friendly welcome and pleasant staff throughout the hotel. Clean, nice, quiet room, mirrors and places that should not be immediately noticeable, but would like to be cleaned a little more carefully, but only a small part of the criticism, otherwise really very clean everywhere. One point that surprised us a little were the eggs for breakfast with the label: 2! Free run ... Animal welfare should be taken into account here. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about, the food and breakfast were tasty and plentiful. At breakfast it would be nice to have a small fitness corner with pure oatmeal etc. Thank you for this wonderful weekend.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we did eat at the restaurant. The server spoke great English, was quick, and kept checking on us. The location was good because it was right by a boat, people would take to go hiking. So, you could get a sweet treat right after hiking. Or a delicious meal. It was so cool because there was a robot that served your food to you. The food was delicious. We got desserts. Including ice cream, a brownie, and an apple strudel. It was very good and sweet. The ice cream was soft serve it was very delectable and creamy. The brownie was warm and gooey. The apple strudel was very good. It came with whipped cream and vanilla bourbon ice cream. Overall, it's a 5 out of 5 stars. - My daughter's seal of approval

Great hotel experience in close proximity to the area‘s most prominent sights. Fair price.
Hotel facilities are modern, nice and clean. Great rooms and wonderful spa area.
Food was included (breakfast and dinner) and great.

I have been to many restaurants but I have never experienced something like this. Food was cold and there was hair on my plate. When I said that to waitress, she was very rude and did nothing. Overall the service was slow and not police at all. Tables were dirty and everything seemed to fall apart in a while. I don't recommend this to anyone.

A very nice stay we had in this very quiet Hotel. The rooms are sufficiently large, the Spa area with small Sauna, a small swimming pool and as a highlight a small bathroom in a salt cave enough to stop after a long hike in the beautiful surroundings of the day. Particularly pleasant is the nice and attentive staff. Even in the night, upon arrival we were greeted very friendly. The food was very good, and most of all, I must commend Mr Fillinger, had everything in view, and contributed very much to the nice atmosphere. It was a perfect long weekend. The Parking for the Hotel is on the other side of the Elbe, but this can be achieved very quickly with a passenger ferry on the spot.

Great Breakfast and nice Service. Very big Plus is the game corner in the Breakfast room. The Spa area is also super, only in the spinning area, a little Complicated because they are usually wet when you have to change there.

A fantastic Hotel, really everything fits. Tasteful decor, a wonderful Spa, friendly and helpful staff. The perfect location - starting point for wonderful hikes or Cycling tours. And the ferry is right outside the front door. We'll be back, no question.
