The place looks clean at first, but the sheets were dirty. I stayed for only two days and had a terrible experience because the people in the room next door were shouting at 1 a.m. I definitely don’t recommend it.

Highly Unprofessional and Misleading Service

Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was disappointing. I had booked a room for two adults and two children by phone and clearly requested three beds, explaining that our younger child would sleep with us. I’m quite sure I explained everything correctly.

Since we were arriving around 7 PM, the hotel asked us to pay in advance. At first, they requested my card number over the phone, which already seemed unprofessional. Instead, we chose to pay by bank transfer.

When we arrived, we were told that the payment hadn’t arrived yet, so we were asked to leave a cash deposit as well. And finally, we found out that they had only prepared a double room – which didn’t meet our needs.

As a result, we had to leave and find another hotel that could accommodate our family. The receptionist assured us that everything would be resolved and that we shouldn’t worry, but later we were told that no refund would be possible.

I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of flexibility and accountability was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families.
