You get what you pay for! Well worth it. Staff is multilingual and very friendly. Daily service if the room is very nice and will work with your schedule. Love the complimentary candy at the front desk. The pool and spa area are nice. It is reasonably kid friendly for there are specific hours for kids. I think this is fair at this place for adults naturally need and want that time to themselves.

Ok this hotel is in a weird location so be prepared to take taxis everywhere. But the hotel restaurant is pretty terrific, I had a couple of excellent dinners there and the hotel breakfasts were out of this world. Lovely hotel, a good selection during breakfast time, free WiFi and an ample carpark for guests. Only one issue that if you sit external to the restaurant at night (in the corridor) the waiting staff are not as attentive to guests dining in the corridor as to those in the main restaurant leading to longer waiting

Overall it's okay, from the outside it looks way more impressive than the inside. The rooms are somewhat dated and dirty (stains on curtains, dirty fridge and the like). The staff are lovely and helpful but overall i wouldn't recommend it, too expensive for that is a sub par 4* hotel.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Close to many stores of multiple types as well as plenty of restaurants and places to enjoy an evening out. The breakfast in the morning does cost extra unless you get a room with breakfast included. The hotel also has free WiFi but it's slow. However they do offer faster WiFi but for an additional charge.

This hotel is great stay for my 3 nights in Stuttgart. A complementary bottle of water upon check-in is a nice gesture. Spacious, clean, professional staff. They even left me a note offering room service at a later time when seeing the Do not disturb sign I put on the door knob. This hotel is also right next to a shopping mall. 9 mins walk from S/U bahn station. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel - just outside of the city but next to the Mercedes Arena. We were upgrade to the junior suite and was totally amazed that the room not only had a living room but also a build in sauna (yes, a sauna)!! Not the best location but also not too far (10-15 mins) from the city center. Breakfast was also good and had a good selection of hot and cold dishes.

Lovely, cozy stay in a secluded forest area, with many nearby walking trails. 1.3 miles/2km from Bärenschlössle. Food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious, with the best Schnitzel that I have had in Germany during our vacation. The staff is very nice as well.

The hotel is nice, beds are comfortable, breakfast was tasty. The only sad thing is that they don't have menu in English in restaurant despite lots of foreign tourists and waitresses don't speak English. So we couldn't explain exactly what we wonted.

Stopped here for an overnight stay en route to Italy from the UK. Despite being absolutely shattered after the drive we had a few drinks in the garden followed by a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening. We all really liked the location and will definitely return again in future if we are in the area.

Really nice place and great food. The room i was hosted was larger than usual, also having a kitchenette. There is a busy road nearby but there was no problem with noise during the night.
