Surprisingly pleasant experience for a chain hotel and its setting. Spa really deserving this name for a change. Spacious, elegant indoor setting, excellent pool, clean and to stay. Would have bought a treatment as well if we d had the time. Clear recommend !

The service was superb. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The room was clean and modern. There’s a parking garage which is a bit scary to get into but the garage itself is large and the spots were easy. The location is in an area of high construction and a 10ish min walk to the main downtown street. It is close to a U-Bahn which could be better to use to get around.

Stayed here for a night during my Porsche European delivery - was only there to sleep so couldn’t comment on much but the service was exemplary the entire time and would stay again though feels a bit more like a business hotel. Also an incredibly convenient location across the train station.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s a proper 4 star business hotel. Staff was friendly and the restaurant serves a great schnitzel. We had a junior suite and couldn’t figure out why such a nice room had a metal pole with a TV in the middle of it. Otherwise great place to stay on your way to somewhere else.

The hotel is in the perfect area for a short walk to the train and if you need currency exchange it's a short walk to the airport. The bar service was excellent and food was good. Breakfast was available every morning for a fee and wifi also available upon request. Will definitely be staying again.

Overall it's okay, from the outside it looks way more impressive than the inside. The rooms are somewhat dated and dirty (stains on curtains, dirty fridge and the like). The staff are lovely and helpful but overall i wouldn't recommend it, too expensive for that is a sub par 4* hotel.

Although this is a four star hotel, it is more three star plus. Room is small size, with rather cramp shower closet. There is no aircon in the room, wifi is slow. Breakfast spread is average. Location is central to the city and waking distance from the train station.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Despite being right next to the trams (which is wonderful for connections throughout the city, but has the potential to be noisy), the rooms are very well insulated so almost no external noise can be heard. Bed was also very comfortable. Thank you!

We have a comfortable stay with its plush king-size bed. Their breakfast selection is all right with standout items like different types of honey and delicious mini croissants that my kid loves to eat with strawberry jam and butter. The Holiday Inn network charges less per room, has comparable rooms and includes a fabulous breakfast. I will return to the Holiday Inn network on my next trip.

Pleasant Stuttgart hotel in quiet surroundings approximately 10 kilometres from Stuttgart Airport. Very welcoming reception team and good location for meetings and other receptions. Loved this hotel! We stayed at the Waldhotel for over a week and we felt just at home. Very organized, clean and friendly staff. The hotel provides a selection of pillows, adapters, etc. They will provide you with anything you need.
