My single room was big enough and well furnished. The breakfast was up to standard. The cassette is big, but I couldn't test the kitchen, I had already eaten. The service was quick and friendly and the beer was tasty.

Food was good and the service very good. Very friendly service and they will try to accommodate your needs. We ordered some combinations of ingredients to get a meal for our kids and very much tried to get that on our table. Disadvantage is not being able to pay with cards and the closest atm is a 10 min drive by car.

Familie hotel. Pool is not very clean but big. There is a safe guard present. It is a big hotel and to liitle staff. If you want to an order a drink you have to wait 30 min. because there are to may guest and not enough waiters. Perhaps nice for family with kids but not for business

Too many options for kids. Food quality good. Vegan and veggie options available for breakfast and dinner but not for lunch. No mini bar in room which was not good as we had two kids and could not store the milk in fridge, rooms are not of great quality, no ac available. no prams available for babies which was really bad for us as we had a 3 months old.

Last weekend we had a small family celebration with an overnight stay. It was a nice evening with delicious food and drinks. We felt well taken care of. Netter Empfang durch Rezpetion, ruhiges Zimmer zu Innenhof, Fahrstuhl, gute Betten, gutes Frühstück, vom Bahnhof in 15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar mit geringem Anstieg. Visited the restaurant for a family lunch and it was outstanding. We got great service and the special orders we had for the kids were no problem. I had their argentinian steak from the menu and it was the best steak I've had for a long, long time.

We stayed at the hotel during the Biathlon World Cup. Comfortable rooms, balanced and delicious food in the restaurant, the room was cleaned daily. I liked that there is a gym, sauna, swimming pool. In general, the stay was successful. The staff speaks little English. There was one incident at a children's attraction. The animator couldn't take control. Parents and grandparents took over and as a result my children were made to cry three times. It was sad.

We had booked an apartment, which of course was great in terms of size. The bathroom was newly renovated, the middle room was used by our daughter. When it was set up, however, it was very reminiscent of grandmother's household liquidation. It consisted of a sofa and an armchair. This was actually quite useless right next to the sofa. The stay was fine but there was no fridge in the room and it not even very spacious. Heater was even not working in the middle of the night. Overall, good experience if these things get improve it will be much better

The hotel is in a beautiful location on the edge of the forest. Good to start hiking. The food from the show kitchen is superb. Extremely tasty and very creatively prepared. You sauna is too small if the hotel is well attended. The soul of the house is THE boss, who is always available to help.

Nice staff and the room 111 has a lot of space. Restaurant has excellent food, specially for meat tasters. Breakfast has the standard of a 4 stars hotel. The swimming pool could be warmer, but sauna was fine around 85°C
