Great, peaceful and quite location, about 40 minutes from Berlin. Friendly staff, amazing view from the top and decent breakfast selection. The rooms are big enough, very clean and the TV has a few English speaking channels. A place worth coming back to, if relaxation is the key point.

Nice and complete hotel, nice bar, gym, snooker and TVs. Heating system may make a small annoying noise when is not working. Also they need to find a better way to know who had paid for the breakfast and who didn't (not asking table by table "randomly"). Also, the free WiFi is not enough for browsing. Just download some emails and that's it.

The service, lobby, food and almost everything about this hotel was great. The only downside is that the bathrooms are a little dated. Would happily stay again!

Place was really nice and good... fine design and atmosphere. Big minus was a cleaning service coming at 8 AM to the room and wakes me up!!!

Nice Hotel if you can't decide whether it wants to Potsdam or Berlin. Everything is very modern, you can have Breakfast on the canal early and is in 15 min, both in Berlin and in Potsdam. Simmer were clean and the Breakfast Top.

The service, staff, atmosphere was amazing !! The food we loved and our entire stay was really lovely. One suggestion we have is maybe to move the fitness room to a higher floor then at the garage basement where people could just randomly enter? That felt not very secure hence we didn’t use the room as planned. Thanks a lot and we will for sure be back!!! Warm regards from the Christiansen family

Young guy on the reception was on point. Made the mistakes of the Hotel forgotten. Hope he gets a raise. Btw the tablet Was useful in the room. They also have a gym which is cool. Breakfast was good.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Meal options fit our needs and desires with a great choice of menu options. Rooms were nice but a little small for 3 people. Would still stay here again.

This is a cut and dry place; no fluff. A standard room has a bed, a small table and chair, a tv, a wardrobe and a small bath with a tiny shower. If all you need is to sleep here, that’s more than fine. Parking, even for check in, is extremely difficult; they have a hotel parking lot, but it is pricey. Room was clean and warm which is enough for me, didn't have breakfast there so I can't say anything about that. It's located 10 min. walk from train station. Has free parking. When you step out of the hotel, you will be at Potsdamer platz in no more than 30 minutes. 10 min walk + 20 min. train ride.

Check in was easy using the machine outside the hotel, easy and quick, room decent size, shower decent size, enough towels, water left on table. However we had a cat with us which we were chared 15 euros for, which is too expensive, and obviously cat goes everywhere (under bed) and it is dirty, so if you charge 15 euros for a night for an animal (which they assume would mess the room I guess...

Nice Hotel outside of Berlin. Rooms are clean, reception was very nice. Could not judge breakfast as we had it outside in a nearby bakery. Worth to pay the extra for a quit room to the backside. Do not expect much luxury, though ..

The bed is confortabile. The internet in the room where I had reservation, is very bad. The price is fair.

Just a very nice place to stay! Maybe you need the help of locals to know about it. Hotel is nice and clean, the food is just absolutely perfect and the waiters just go that extra mile for you! It really makes you feel welcome!

Very very basic hotel in the middle of nowhere.. The restaurant serves tiny portions but if you dont drive you are stuck with it.

It's only two stars, but it was clean and rooms where really ok. Perfect place to catch some sleep during trip. Very close to gas station and Mc Donald's.

Quite big and SILENT room with nice toilet inside. Hair dryer as a standard. Small elevator. It was hard to fit inside with two people with bags. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Close to one of the best forests in Berlin, also very close to the highway. Just too bad it's quite far from the city centre but you cannot have it all :-) In my opinion very expensive, but after all it's Berlin

Truly I don’t understand why opinions are so bad. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were satisfied with our stay. For this price it is very good option, if you don’t want to live in noisy Berlin center. Good breakfast, lot of parking places, pleasant stuff, comfort rooms, it was also quite there. Recommended from our family while traveling.

for an economy hotel, it was absolutely fine, and the breakfasts were just what you need, staff were really friendly.. if your working near the hotel then it's a good place to stay, if your visiting Berlin, then maybe it's a little bit out of the way and I would recommend you get a hotel close to the city. this hotel has good access to Brandenburg airport (when its opened), but ideal for schoenerfeld...

Old, a bit runned-down hotel without aircon rooms. A bit shady neighbourhood. Parking 9Eur / night a bit much. Definitely NOT 4 stars like they claim

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ascot Bristol (2 nights). The rooms were spacious, clean, and the breakfast was really good. You have everything you need for a few days to visit Postdam. We had parking in front of the hotel for free (limited space) but there is also an option to park underground for a fee.

One night stop over. Excellent lovely hotel and quiet surroundings. Lovely restaurant with lovely German traditional schnitzel :) Very clean enormous room ( family room). We'll be back A+++++
