Moselschlösschen Spa & Resort

Just got back from a 3-night stay at this beautiful hotel. The first thing to say is that the customer service could not have been better. Every staff member was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The spa facilities are gorgeous and wonderfully kept. I had two treatments, very relaxing. The food and wine was delicious. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We were new to the Moselschlösschen Hotel this year and would like to thank you for your attentive, comprehensive and extremely friendly support. We had the feeling that the entire staff lived for the guests and the hotel and wanted to fulfill any wish. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. A really very good dinner could be changed at short notice, despite the booked menu, if you had change requests. We felt that we were in very good hands and we really enjoyed our time. Fantastic hotel......everyone is so friendly. No matter what I asked, nothing was too much trouble, you felt absolutely welcome. The food was amazing. The real hit though is the bar, Betty rules, she makes the best cocktails we have ever had. So enthusiastic and so dedicated. It was hell when we were there last weekend. What this woman does is amazing! It is rare to find so much multitasking, no matter how good she is. We will be back soon.....

Super hotel 28 years spent on our annual holiday delicious food good breakfast in the room at our request

Nestled beneath the vineyards, the Moselle river and the quaint alleys of Traben-Trarbach, this charming escape offers everything and more one could ask for when seeking the perfect weekend - or more long-term - getaway.

The rooms were cozy, spacious and well-equipped, with splendid views. Staff was absolutely dedicated and always friendly, doing their best to accommodate their guests' wishes.

With breakfast and dinner included, and sweet as well as savoury snacks being provided in the extensive, modern and well-maintained spa area throughout the day, one barely had to leave the building. If you do, look no further than Angelika's wine tavern right next to the main building, where your first drink will be on the house.

Vegetarian food options at any time of the day were available, although not always particularly refined. Additionally some vegan options at the breakfast buffet and on the dinner menue would be an asset.

Absolutely perfect one night stay. Suites are stunning with a view straight over the Mosel and across the bridge to the town. Gym facilities and pool all top quality, only slight disappointment was sauna not being open before 11am. Service was incredibly friendly and all the amenities you could ever need.

This is the dream hotel . We decided on a short break , a well deserved , well needed one - and this was probably the best decision this year . I only wish we could have stayed longer than two nights . Location on the river was so beautiful .
The room we were in 214 , was a corner room of the building with a beautiful living space , massive modern bathroom, super comfy beds . Everything you could need , but there should be no need to spend anytime in the room - the spa resort is just brilliant . We booked last minute so didn’t have any treatments done, but just going for the wellness area made it well worth the trip.
Breakfast - top class, evening dinners absolutely great . A great bar next door also parting the hotel .
Two very big standouts for me - every single piece of furniture/ decor/ lighting looks like it was hand picked and no expense spared .An unreal and beautiful combination of an old building restored and a new building that fits right in . You’d have one of everything at home if you could afford it… and had a home big enough.
All of the team - front office, housekeeping, service - are genuinely friendly … and so so sooo good at their jobs . Hats off to them. I will work even harder this year to get back there again. Next time it will be some wine tasting !

Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Nice rooms. Very rich breakfast. Convenient location right on the banks of the Mosel. I can only recommend it. We will definitely go back there.
