I liked this hotel. Only rooms are so small. But I will use again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but there is no refrigerator in a room and short of parking lot.

There are parking spaces on the main road. There are McDonald's and supermarkets along the main road near the river. It takes about 2-30 minutes to walk to the city. The old city is not big. There is Marx's former residence.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center but quiet. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with modern and simple decoration, and first-class service. The hotel facilities are complete, and the gym and swimming pool are unforgettable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The room is cleaned once every 3 days and the used towels are then removed, so a large pile of dirty laundry on the floor, not a pleasant sight. no ventilation in the room, window can be set to a ventilation position, but if the room is at the front (street side), the noise of the traffic from the busy street is TOO TOO, the window must remain closed but there is no fresh air fine. Too few parking...

If you are traveling by car, there is a convenient parking lot. It's a little far, but you can walk to the old town. The room is not large, but has sufficient facilities. Breakfast is also good. A pleasant stroll along the promenade along the Mosel River, right next to the hotel.

Very nice front desk staff gave restaurant recommendations and advice on transport. Updated bathroom was a pleasant surprise. It’s a bit of a walk on cobblestone paths if you arrive by bus or train, so keep that in mind when travelling with a heavy suitcase or multiple bags. Some rooms are accessed via a small flight of stairs and have windows that open out to a noisy alley.

Good hotel in a good location. There’s nothing too negative to write about the hotel. Garage is a bit tight but the rest is fine.

Got a room facing a side street with a bar with very noisy clientele. Managed to change room and when doing that the staff tells me that they have a lot of complaints for that room due to noise from the bar… Key code panel to open door, not very user friendly.

A great surprise I was rather surprised at how great this hotel is. It was in an unsuspecting area that was very close to the main plaza in Trier. The best part was the comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning. I had the best night's rest in a long time.

It's ok if you are staying one night and just need a place to sleep. Good location. parking is a nightmare

Stuff was super friendly and very helpful. Everything was extremely clean (and we do have high standards on that topic). Rooms have very cozy vibe. Sauna & swimming pool were actually better than expected.

2 adults, 3 children (7, 3 and 9 mo) booked 1 night on the way through Trier. What a wonderful hotel! We enjoyed the pool, sauna, restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend for travelers with children. If we are ever in Trier again we will definitely stay here. The room was clean, bathroom was large and clean. No AC so very hot at night but it was a very very hot day.

First time. Very friendly and professional. Our waitress was very nice and always smiling. Took care to fill our drinks and ask if everything is ok. Relaxed and comfortable feeling. The food is on another level!!! 1A absolutely perfect. This is my new favorite restaurant.

The room was clean and had a balcony with chairs, though a rainy October was not a good time to enjoy this. We did not tst out the air conditioning My wife pronounced the bed comfortable. We had an unexpected event and I asked for an early check-in as my husband had to work during the day. They were very helpful and facilitated it completely. Great breakfast.

This is a 'way above average' hotel. Why? The staff is very friendly and flexible, the rooms are clean, the beds are excellent and large, and there is a private parking that's fully surveyed by camera's. On top of that: the beautiful city center of Trier is very close, and if you need basic stuff there are 2 supermarkets, and a bakery close by. We only spent 2 days here but would come back to this...

The hotel was very nice. Staff at checkin were so friendly and caring. Room was big, clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and very good. Nice parking lot in back for the car which was very nice. Perfect location too, walking distance to the center.

Room is ok and clean and breakfast is alright. But everything is a bit old. Old bed, not very comfortable. No mini bar, no soap and lotion or things like that. Free parking though.

The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle, and a view of Trier. Parking on site is no problem and for a large number of cars. The hotel room is comfortable, has everything you need. The breakfast is excellent!

The location, right next to the train station and the bus station, is wonderful. Because Trier is a rather small city, everything is in walking distance. The room was perfect for my needs: it was clean, had free wifi, TV, even a free small bottle of wine. The bed was comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. The staff was absolutely fabulous and ready to help for anything - which bus to take to wherever...

The hotel meets all criteria for a pleasant stay, with comfortable beds, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Upon check-out we ran a bit later than the 11am deadline, but the reception person was totally cool about it. The rooms are clean, bathroom is properly equipped and the staff are very helpful in terms of pointing tourists to various attractions.

They arrive, you hand them teir key cards, if only one for the double booked for 2 nights. And the you leave them to their own devices. No room numbers on any of the doors leading into assorted buildings, nor in the hallways, no instructions which door to use after the reception has been abadoned for the night, no making of beds or cleaning of the sink, and just a joke that putting a towel on the floor...

Very quiet, nice location. Very good breakfast, friendly staff. Only downside was lack of WiFi signal in my room. (Lucky I had loads of data)

This hotel is quite good and reasonably priced. Good place to stay if you are in Trier. It is a little walk down hill into the town but quite a hike back up. Still, there's always taxis. 😃 The food in their restaurant is good. Staff are helpful and friendly.

We are tourists and the day was just a long drive, we were very tired and Lucas, the person at the front desk was very cheerful, friendly and made us feel so welcome. We were surprised to hear him say that if we were hungry, they served dinner but their menu was limited. That was the first time I tasted Flammkuchen and it was heavenly with a tall glass of beer. Location is fine, rooms clean. No airco or fan and next to a busy road. Bad quality pillows and sheets - clumpy pillow and non cotton fitted sheets. Nice and new apartment, so nothing to comment on cleanliness. It can be too warm on a summer night, but rooms have no fans and since the room was next to a busy road, it was impossible to sleep with the windows open. It is in a good location as we don't mind walking into the town and it meant we could park our car at the hotel. The hotel room was of a good size and nice and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of foods from cold meats and fish, to cereals and fruit and fresh bread and cakes.

Very pricey, but excellent food, service and location. Despite being close to a major inter-city street, the location is secluded and calm, placed in a bit of forest. We ordered from the BBQ smoker menu and were very satisfied with the quality of the food. The outside sitting area has a great atmosphere. Only downside is the price, which for most meals don't include any kind of side dishes.

Location is excellent. Not in the centre of Trier, but with the train 6 minutes and with the bus about 25 minutes. The public TRANSPORT goes by, no disturbance in the rooms. Modern rooms, very old. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

We stayed here to go christmas shopping in the area and have no comments. Not overly luxurious but clean hotel, friendly staff, sufficient parking, and internet that works - to spend the night and have breakfast for us!

We were starting on Easter Monday for 2 nights here and must say, for a Short break in Trier can only recommend it. Large rooms, Breakfast is served at the table. The location of this hotel is perfect, could not be better. Very clean also and friendly staff. Closed between 2pm and 6pm so no check in for these hours!! Very annoying for us as we were not told this and arrived at 4:30 with no where to go. The hotel and staff made up for this. We cannot fault anything. Very very good.

Restaurant offers a wide range of pizzas and other Italian food. Service was great and fast. Even though the restaurant was very crowded, we just had to wait for half an hour. Don't make any mistakes: if you order a small pizza, you'll get a big one. Of you order a big pizza, you'll get a huge one!
