Very good hotel, only issue is you need a car to easily access it.
Location: 30 min walk from the city center but close to the river
Bed: Mattress is too soft but ok. Duvet is ok.
Noise: Not identified
Curtain: A bit leak of sunlight. Not perfect but ok
Air conditioner/Heater: No air conditioning but there is heating system which works very efficient. Heat comes quickly (in May)
Cleanness: Very good
Decoration: good
Cost efficiency: good
Staff: Very good

Booked a room for a child and 2 adults- check-in we find out there is only 1 large bed no kid bed. They let us know that all rooms with 3 beds /couch are taken and rolling beds also in use. We asked if we could get the money back, he said only one room (we had booked 2 rooms for our extended family) could be reimbursed.
We decided to stay since it was late and we didn't want to separate from the group...
The room was big, nice view, the only thing that i did not like here was the mattress that was split in two! Don't understand why is that if you book a double bed room
Great breakfast must say with plenty to choose
Trier is lovely to visit. Rooms are comfortable but broken shower fixture did not get fixed and the rooms lack the amenities, such as tea and coffee facilities or a small fridge or Aircon, one might hope for from a 4* venue, which was frustrating given the price.
Modern Hotel with Stunning River Views, but Some Drawbacks
I recently stayed at the FourSide Plaza Hotel in Trier and found it to be a mixed experience. The room I stayed in was exactly as advertised, with modern amenities and a wonderful view of the Mosel River, which added a serene touch to my stay. The hotel’s contemporary design gives it a fresh and welcoming ambiance.
However, there were some...

Pros: Short walk from the Central Station, directly opposite the Porta Nigra, within short walking distance from the main tourist sites and many dining options nearby. Its location is unparalleled
Cons: As pointed out by other reviewers, room and furniture is very outdated. There is only a bath-tub to take a shower so do note if one has mobility issue. Biggest issue for me was the pillows: it was so...
The location is good just opposite the Porta Nigra, but price 138 a night , it’s too high and it does not look a real 4 star hotel .
Good Location convenience to go everywhere, center of city
Wonderful room that was very clean and spacious. Very kind service at the front desk and super close to cool places in Trier
Location was great! Just across the Road the Porta Nigra, from the Hotel room for sure you can have the nice evening view of it! Breakfast Buffet was perfect! City Center just after crossing the Porta Nigra, walking distance almost to all Tourists spots!
Good location.
Stay next to Porta Nigra. Very convenient to explore old town and city.
3 minutes from Supermarket and 5 minutes to center of old town.
A bit old furnished that some should be renovate.

B-E-A-Utiful hotel with a nice park in the back, the rooms are very nice and quiet! The personnel is very friendly and helpful.
During breakfast you can look out at the park when it's quiet
Hotel booked for working activities and not for tourism, accommodation is nice and the personnel are nice and kind. Had a dinner into the hotel's restaurant and taste is good despite the selection of meals. My expectations for breakfast were a bit different (not so big choice of products). In the end a thing to take into consideration, the wellness area is very nice, clean, quiet and match the expectations...
One of my favorite Hotel from now on.
Trier rest after biking
Great Breakfast, beautiful setting! So quiet and great bike storage
Quiet close-enough garden location. We chose not to stay in the hustle bustle near Porta and that was a good decision. This hotel had lots of charm in the public areas. I will preface that we got the cheapest room - but the carpet needs replacing and there was no place to put luggage. Free nice sauna! The breakfast was phenomenal and we enjoyed exploring the park out the back gate. It’s an easy 1...
The location of the Hotel at the park is nice. Despite it is almost in an industrial area and it seems an refuge/asylum location is nearby you find yourselves at a good location to visit the city and play golf. The hotel has limited rooms with airco. Other rooms are relatively small. Warning: Bathroom in basement-room is not suitable for guests with a BMI of over 32 ( were both not even close). The...

Trier, Nikolaus Leis Strasse 32 🧭 Map
I liked this hotel. Only rooms are so small. But I will use again.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, but there is no refrigerator in a room and short of parking lot.
There are parking spaces on the main road. There are McDonald's and supermarkets along the main road near the river. It takes about 2-30 minutes to walk to the city. The old city is not big. There is Marx's former residence.
This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center but quiet. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with modern and simple decoration, and first-class service. The hotel facilities are complete, and the gym and swimming pool are unforgettable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
The room is cleaned once every 3 days and the used towels are then removed, so a large pile of dirty laundry on the floor, not a pleasant sight.
no ventilation in the room, window can be set to a ventilation position, but if the room is at the front (street side), the noise of the traffic from the busy street is TOO TOO, the window must remain closed but there is no fresh air fine.
Too few parking...
If you are traveling by car, there is a convenient parking lot. It's a little far, but you can walk to the old town. The room is not large, but has sufficient facilities. Breakfast is also good. A pleasant stroll along the promenade along the Mosel River, right next to the hotel.

Walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors but to be expected in old historic buildings. No a/c but a small fan in the room does the job but is noisy. The staff was extremely kind and receptive. Very nice pool and sauna for relaxation. Self serve beer from the brewery and a great price was a nice touch. Great beer as well. 30 minute walk to all the historical downtown sites. Loved the experience...
Great beer and very good beef cheeks (Kalbsbäckhen). Very friendly service!
Nice beer garten and good local food! Hotel I never was since I'm living nearby. Good place to chill after work in a warm summer evening.
For the British visitor this hotel is a German experience in the very best sense. The rooms are spotless and decorated in a charming, homely style. The restaurant is excellent and the beer quite superb. The service is excellent and friendly. The only small snag is that it is a little away from the centre but there is a local bus service and good parking so this is a minor issue.
I recently stayed at Blesius Garten and, while the experience was decent overall, there were some downsides.
Despite my request for rooms to be placed next to each other, the hotel staff seemed unwilling to accommodate this simple request even though I could see with my own eyes that it would have been possible.
On a more positive note, the breakfast service was very good, and I appreciated the availability...
Very good. Located a little outside of the center, but with its own brewery and its own good (and very popular) restaurant. I managed to somehow get an extraordinary deal which included a 3-course-dinner with matching beers so I was very happy. Very good breakfast. Room is slightly old fashioned, but clean and fully functional. The only thing missing is perhaps A/C. The green option is a nice touch...

Nice hotel, breakfast is a bit of a crazy thing. Large clean rooms, excellent location with a parking garage underneath.
Very nice Business-Hotel in the centre of Trier. Also the Wellness-Area was very much appreciated. Also good breakfast.
Lovely hotel, comfy beds. Great service, breakfast was lovely
The hotel is located in an excellent spot for exploring the old city of Trier. The only negative comment is that although the hotel is advertised as dog-friendly, the room selection is limited if you bring your furry family members. This was our 34th anniversary, and I'd booked a nice room and had fully disclosed I was bringing a pet. However, after we checked in and went to the room, we received a...
Lovely hotel, centrally located & just a short stroll to the main square.
Food was really good, bar was cozy & had a good choice, staff were all very friendly & really helpful.

Very nice front desk staff gave restaurant recommendations and advice on transport. Updated bathroom was a pleasant surprise. It’s a bit of a walk on cobblestone paths if you arrive by bus or train, so keep that in mind when travelling with a heavy suitcase or multiple bags. Some rooms are accessed via a small flight of stairs and have windows that open out to a noisy alley.
Good hotel in a good location. There’s nothing too negative to write about the hotel. Garage is a bit tight but the rest is fine.
Got a room facing a side street with a bar with very noisy clientele.
Managed to change room and when doing that the staff tells me that they have a lot of complaints for that room due to noise from the bar…
Key code panel to open door, not very user friendly.
A great surprise
I was rather surprised at how great this hotel is. It was in an unsuspecting area that was very close to the main plaza in Trier. The best part was the comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning. I had the best night's rest in a long time.
It's ok if you are staying one night and just need a place to sleep. Good location. parking is a nightmare
Building conveniently located in the middle of the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We’d love to come back.

What a wonderful hotel! We enjoyed the pool, sauna, restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend for travelers with children. If we are ever in Trier again we will definitely stay here.
The room was clean, bathroom was large and clean. No AC so very hot at night but it was a very very hot day.
Nice hotel but at 8 oclock in the morning these church bells wake you up as if a new pope has been chosen..
First time. Very friendly and professional. Our waitress was very nice and always smiling. Took care to fill our drinks and ask if everything is ok. Relaxed and comfortable feeling. The food is on another level!!! 1A absolutely perfect. This is my new favorite restaurant.

This is a quaint boutique hotel. The staff was generally pleasant and the hotel was clean. We stayed one night after a long drive and looked forward to relaxing on our balcony. Unfortunately, someone on the adjacent balcony lit up either **** (I thought) or a cigar (husband thought), which drove us inside. Despite privacy walls between balconies, the smoke travelled easily to our area. It was irritating to the nose, and we didn’t want our clothes all smelled up, so we had to go inside. We...

Great little hotel in a beautiful city. Rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable, with every amenity. The staff were kind and eager to help. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The little pool/roof terrace is a delight. A superb place to stay when visiting the marvellous Trier!
Excellent attention to detail. Villa hotel focused around the wellness spa and a first class restaurant. An oasis of quiet and a cocooned experience. The restaurant has perfect cuisine and service.
