It took 30 minutes for them to take a drink order. The view is beautiful but I would never recommend this place, especially if you have kids. Also, the staff was rude.

Fantastic wedding location!
We celebrated our wedding last week at the Alpenhof on Westerbuchberg and it was simply perfect! From start to finish everything went smoothly and far exceeded our expectations.
The location itself is incredibly beautiful and provided the ideal backdrop for our celebration. An absolute highlight was the food – a clear 10/10! Our guests and we were completely thrilled.
The entire planning, including the organization of the music system and the photo box, was also excellent. The Alpenhof team thought of everything and made the organization a lot easier for us.
We also stayed at the Alpenhof and the rooms were impeccable - very comfortable and tastefully decorated.
We can highly recommend the Alpenhof on Westerbuchberg for weddings and other occasions. A big thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable day!

The view is magical, the owner personal and the staff friendly. The food really deserves the status of gourmet cuisine. Thank you for the great time 🌹. It was definitely great value for money.

As a vegetarian you can order a mixed salad, a soup or, believe it or not, a main course ... Lots of game dishes, everything else only with meat - but everything sounds very good (for meat eaters). Unfortunately ... the kitchen seems to be so good, so it is sad that so few meat-free alternatives are offered. No chance for vegan anyway. Should you think about it nowadays ... The inn is beautiful, the terrace has a breathtaking view. Unfortunately, the service is perhaps not in the right hands in their job. Seems a bit overwhelmed and is not really friendly.
