We used this hotel as our base to explore Salzburg and its beautiful surroundings, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is new, with a modern and up-to-date design. The facilities are also very nice—we especially appreciated the balcony and the nice views of the Alps.
We didn’t have time to try the sauna, but maybe next time! One small addition that would improve the experience would be a mini-fridge in the room.
The staff was great—the reception team kindly gave us directions for parking, and the bartender was helpful in opening a bottle of wine we wanted to enjoy in the privacy of our balcony.
Our daughter was also very happy with her bunk bed. The setup of our family room was very convenient, with a clear separation between the parents' and children’s areas, two sinks in the bathroom, a spacious layout, and a small couch next to the bed.

Had a very good stay! Happy to have spent the last 5 days at this property. Breakfast was sufficient, food was good, rooms were clean, big bright with a balcony. Had a great sleep

This is easily the best ibis we have stayed in, situated in the centre of the beautiful town of Bad Reichenhall it is in a great location to explore Berchtesgaden national park and with the free transport pass you can even get to Salzburg. Our room was great it had a double bed with balcony and a view of the surrounding mountains, it also had a section with bunk beds slightly separated so perfect for families and the bathroom was really spacious and modern with a double sink. We also had access to free hot drinks and water from the lobby which is a great touch. Parking was €18 a little expensive but the rest of the hotel more than makes up for it. This place should be the standard for all ibis hotels!

This newly opened hotel is perfectly located right in the center of Bad Reichenhall, making it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms are modern and nicely furnished, with spacious and well-designed bathrooms. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic – fresh, varied, and delicious. The hotel bar is also very inviting and provides a relaxed atmosphere to unwind in the evening. All in all, a great place to stay – highly recommended!

The location is excellent—only about a 15-minute walk from the train station. The room is very clean, spacious, and quiet. Breakfast is simple but tasty.

Bedroom were comfortable & had everything we needed. In particular it had a good hair dryer.
The common areas were nicely decorated.
Location is very central in a pretty town. Everywhere was very walkable
Service was hit & miss. At 10pm to 10.30pm one night, we found ourselves in reception looking to order a drink after our meal elsewhere. Other customers were in the same situation. For 15 minutes, there was no reception staff, no bar staff, no staff of any kind. Crazy
Lovely sauna area.

Best location in town. Many shops and markets nearby. Very good rooms. Breakfast good too. Staff not friendly at all. Parking lots located on the underground of same building (access by elevator, directly to reception and to the rooms).

We generally had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and spacious, and the balcony was a delightful surprise. The front desk staff were accommodating and friendly. While the breakfast buffet wasn't particularly varied, it was sufficient.
However, we were disappointed with the pillows; they were too soft, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I woke up with a sore neck the next day.
The most unpleasant part of our stay was the experience at the hotel’s restaurant and bar, The Public. The service there was the worst we've ever experienced. We waited fifteen minutes just to receive the menu, and even longer for our food and drinks. When one of us ordered a second bottle of beer, it took about ten minutes to arrive. Additionally, when we requested only the flat parts of the chicken wings, the server refused without even checking with the kitchen. This was a small request, and considering we were paying for our meal, it was truly frustrating.

Hotel and room are nice. Breakfast has omelette, bacon, bread and yoghurt. In the evening the staff is quite rude and not very service minded. I had to ask 3 times to get a beer to the table even if it was not very busy. They always complain if you try to move a chair or table to sit together as a group.

Good hotel with excellent service. Rooms were clean and tidy, looked modern and spacious. We got free tea, coffee and water from the Automat in the restaurant. Location was top notch with a view of the mountains. 10 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and bus stop makes it perfect for people who use public transport. Would definitely stay here again.
