I was only at the restaurant so I can leave a review about the restaurant. Food was excellent and expensive. Its not your normal day average restaurant but I will say they earned it. The room we ate was rather too warm.

The room was very roomy, and everything was well placed. It was very clean! It’s also close to sightseeing places and restaurants. The breakfast was very tasty with good selections. I highly recommend this hotel at Ulm!

Stayed here for my first week in Ulm, can't recommend it enough. Breakfast is delicious and locally sourced from Ulmer farmer's market. Rooms are neat and best of all, it's just a few minutes away from city center

Room 310 is a gem for family’s stays. It has 1 1/2 bathrooms, two bed rooms and an office space. Good bedding quality, absolute clean. Fully equipped with mini kitchen and living area

One overnight here on the way through town was as good of an experience as our current times allow. Staff was friendly and happy to assist with any questions, room was clean and had a great view

Didn't opt for a room with AC as this time of year thought we would be good and we were opened windows and enjoyed fresh air, little noisy at times but can be expected in a city location

We LOVE this hotel!! We are a family of 4. We got a room with 4 single beds, of which two beds were separated in a smaller room. It was just perfect! It’s our first night of travel in Germany

For the restaurant from outside: booked an evening table at 21:00 but availability was limited as the kitchen decided it was too late. Thai curry was good, but service needs more attention.

I stoped here during my come back travel to Italy. Good position and very calm and clean room. A little too much expensive the breakfast.

Accomodation was good. Breakfast had a broad range of choices, all freshly made. We had a room on the front side, passing traffic was a bit loud. Overall a good hotel for a short Stay.

Spent three nights in the hotel, three of the best nights you can imagine! The rooms are clean and airy the staff friendly the food was fantastic! I had for dinner on my first night a Pepper steak with French fries

My company rented a meeting room at the hotel for two days. We could eat there, and the restaurant is pretty good. Charming personal, everything was fine.

Nice, descent and clean hotel. Good spot for a rest over during travelling. The botanic gardens at 2 km walking distance are recommended to visit.

Very clean, friendly staff, the sheets smelled fresh and clean. Great breakfast too. The only thing they didn’t have was a kettle and a small fridge but asked for hot water and they gave us for free. So helpful!

I dit get a single room like I had booked. It came with shower and toilet. There was a wardrobe in the room as well as a desk, but no fridge and no safe. My e-bike was stored in one of their garages.

This is in a very safe and quiet part of Ulm and close to the Minster; the walk to the Minster can take several routes past good shopping and food. Room was great, and breakfast was as well

And several nice restaurants 20 - 25 meters away with both indoor and outdoor setting. We tried an Italian restaurant (the closest one) food was excellent and the staff was Italian

Could see the tip of the church. Room was ready at 3pm when we checked in. Many wall sockets available for charging. Kettle provided and a bottle of water in the fridge. Not alot of hanging spaces for the bathroom

The rooms have all you need for a good stay and breakfast was included (in our case). They also provide free parking on premises. We will return on my next trip to Ulm

No A/C but it's very seldom you would feel a need for this here. I eat breakfast and dinner each time I stay. This is the highlight of the stay for me. The food is excellent and the service is spot on

The owner said that we could only have a table at 18h30. The restaurant was far of being fully busy all evening long until 22 h We rushed to be on time. The hotel is fine and the breakfast complete with good service!

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Garni am Zehntstadl for several nights while visiting friends and touring Ulm. We had a spacious room with a bathroom that had good shelf space to store our toiletries

Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. It was in a good location for hiking, cycling or taking a bus into Ulm. We would be happy to stay here again

A bus stop is about two blocks away with a bus that takes about 12 minutes to take you into the center of Ulm. We had no issues with the WiFi. Be aware, though, that there is no elevator, and no air conditioning
