Average hotel in a very nice city. Destination is perfect, old town is around 10 minutes by walk. Rooms are fair, but the restroom was not so clean. Breakfast was ok, the staff was friendly.

Rooms were dated and need maintenance. Phone wouldn't ring and had to be replaced, and the fridge was broken and wouldn't cool. Our room did have AC (not all rooms do) but it periodically made a screeching noise. The staff were nice but I wouldn't book again

Hotel is located in a very nice and quiet location, just opposite the river. They have a parking lot, but even in the case of crowdy, you can find another one just a few meters further. I really liked the location which is a few minutes by foot from the Centre. The room was quite big as for the hotel standards. The decor may be a bit old, but still okay. Great staff, comfortable rooms, good restaurant

They have different rooms at the same rate. You can have a view over the river and the Ulm cathedral, hospital or a driveway (uneven room numbers). Rooms differ in size, with the smaller ones pretty small. No complimentary water, no mini bar (apart from 2,6Euro water), no swimmimg pool. They cannot find company's data for the invoice, even if you take one invoice after the other. Good restaurant though

Great food, good quality products used. The waiter told me that all Produce is local and especially the meat products are from the house. The menu card is compact but all products made very well. The price per meal is high though.

Room 310 is a gem for family’s stays. It has 1 1/2 bathrooms, two bed rooms and an office space. Good bedding quality, absolute clean. Fully equipped with mini kitchen and living area. It’s location is great, walk distance from city center. Congratulations you found a great hotel to stay.

A very nice hotel in the heart of the beautiful city Ulm.

One overnight here on the way through town was as good of an experience as our current times allow. Staff was friendly and happy to assist with any questions, room was clean and had a great view. Didn't opt for a room with AC as this time of year thought we would be good and we were opened windows and enjoyed fresh air, little noisy at times but can be expected in a city location.

We stayed 2 nights as part of a stop over and it was excellent. Located at the outside of Ulm (nice small city. Very friendly staff, room good (not special), free parking, nice outside area and they offered free bikes, we used them for a full day. There are nice bike paths.

Clean and efficient, but more cozy than the typical German fare. Location at the edge of a nice park (and zoo) and close to the Donau river for an evening stroll or a morning jog. Not far from city center and railway station either.

Outside of Ulm, in blaustine a peaceful place with all basic facilities. In house sauna and gym for guest. Bus stop few steps away and train station 500 mtr away. Restaurant only serve breakfast on all days. No dinners. Some rooms have kitchen, you can ask for utensils if you want to cook. Muller, Aldi and Rewe are 500mts away for your shopping needs. We selected this place last minute whilst driving through Germany for a nights rest. Not too far from the motorway, situated in a commercial town so little to do in the evenings. The room it's self was large, clean and comfy. A great stop over location.

The hotel is functional. Nothing extraordinary. The ladies at the front desk were quite cold, not the kind of warm welcome you'd expect. Ok breakfast, the same buffet every day. On the table some brown water they call coffee.

Nice hotel with sauna. Breakfast is OK, but nothing special I must say. The minus is lack of parking spots. I mean, there are of course some, but when it's booked it can be a problem. Also the turn to entrance to the parking is a bit sharp. Practically about 90 degrees. So, pay attention when you drove with your car.

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of a lot of touristic attractions and restaurants.

Parking was convenient but it would have been helpful to have it explained before arrival. The motion detector which operated the bathroom faucet made it difficult to wash hands.

Clean room. Located near the Ulm Minster. Close to the main road so it can be a bit noisy. No mini fridges in the room.

The rooms aren't really well-equipped. We had to ask ourselves for many things. The view is good. You can see the church tower from the windows. Overall it is acceptable for a one-night stay.

Nice rooms, but the location and outside of the hotel make it feel cheap and unsafe. It's still under construction and in the middle of nowhere, and the balconies are inexistent. Also no AC which can get quite hot and you can't leave the window open at night because people can just walk into your room from the street. If they would make it more secure it would be great but now it feels like a motel...

The only minus for me - it was hot both days I stayed there and I had to open windows to get room cooler and to be able to sleep but because of it I could Hear a lot of noise from the outside. Stayed as a family. Staffs friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only serious downside was the ultra thin partition wall between adjacent hotel rooms such that we heard clearly the woman next door coughing the whole night as well as talking. Accommodation in a family room was adequate, clean and with great views of the station and the Cathedral. The Breakfast buffet was plentiful. The proximity to the train station for train travellers, the centre is only a few minutes walk. Uncomplicated check-in and -out.

The room was OK but smelled our non-Smoking room extremely to nicotine. It had kept everyone else seems to be on the Smoking ban. Since we have used the 24 hour Check-in hattén we also keiné way we find out wié in the underground garage.

For me, the location right next to the train station is perfect. You can access the station directly from the hotel. The city center is directly across the street, and my destination is easily accessible on foot. The room was spotlessly clean. I couldn't hear anything from the train station. I would definitely stay again.

One of the worst Best Western we have stayed in. BW PLUS it is NOT. No Air con, so the room was very hot.Very bland room. , should not be a 4 star. Breakfast was very basic. No evening meal. Good Pizza restaurant 8 mins walk away. Not a hotel I would return to.

Good quick stop, top bad is was terribly hot that. Redelijk degelijk hotel. Rustig gelegen buiten de stad. Het was een last minute voor ons omdat de andere hotels vol waren (auto moest 1 nacht in de garage blijven voor reparatie)
