We LOVE this hotel!! We are a family of 4. We got a room with 4 single beds, of which two beds were separated in a smaller room. It was just perfect! It’s our first night of travel in Germany. The room was very roomy, and everything was well placed. It was very clean! It’s also close to sightseeing places and restaurants. We also purchased breakfast. The breakfast was very tasty with good selections...

A very nice hotel in the heart of the beautiful city Ulm.

One overnight here on the way through town was as good of an experience as our current times allow. Staff was friendly and happy to assist with any questions, room was clean and had a great view. Didn't opt for a room with AC as this time of year thought we would be good and we were opened windows and enjoyed fresh air, little noisy at times but can be expected in a city location.

Outside of Ulm, in blaustine a peaceful place with all basic facilities. In house sauna and gym for guest. Bus stop few steps away and train station 500 mtr away. Restaurant only serve breakfast on all days. No dinners. Some rooms have kitchen, you can ask for utensils if you want to cook. Muller, Aldi and Rewe are 500mts away for your shopping needs. Enjoy your stay.

We selected this place last minute whilst driving through Germany for a nights rest. Not too far from the motorway, situated in a commercial town so little to do in the evenings. The room it's self was large, clean and comfy. A great stop over location.

The hotel is functional. Nothing extraordinary. The ladies at the front desk were quite cold, not the kind of warm welcome you'd expect. Ok breakfast, the same buffet every day. On the table some brown water they call coffee.

Want to recommend. It was clean and cozy.

Nice hotel with sauna. Breakfast is OK, but nothing special I must say. The minus is lack of parking spots. I mean, there are of course some, but when it's booked it can be a problem. Also the turn to entrance to the parking is a bit sharp. Practically about 90 degrees. So, pay attention when you drove with your car.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting family in the area. Hotel staff was very friendly & helpful and was despite me not any German. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was adequate. WiFi was reliable. Sauna area was also very clean. Steam room was broken but dry sauna worked well.

The Hotel offers very friendly Service and helpfulness of the staff. The rooms are clean and cozy, nice atmosphere and the buffet Breakfast is very good. The Hotel is recommended at any time.

For me, the location right next to the train station is perfect. You can access the station directly from the hotel. The city center is directly across the street, and my destination is easily accessible on foot. The room was spotlessly clean. I couldn't hear anything from the train station. I would definitely stay again.

A good hotel for business trip. Sometimes there are strange people near center train station, but it is not very danger. A beautiful place to stay here and it have the quality of services.

We booked cause it's next to Günzburg and could go to Legoland. Swimmingpool was nice and breakfast ok.

Very basic room, little outdated, but that reflects in the price. Restaurant was fine, make sure to make a reservation though. It's next to the highway so dont expect anything from the near surroundings. For a one-night-stay good enough.

It was ok. It's a four-level building near Kauflland supermarket. When we were there, the elevator was broken. It was Mind your head if you get to stay in the 4th floor. You can have several choices for breakfast, though the selection was reduced on Saturday as opposed to weekdays. During our 7 days there, our rooms were not cleaned. It did not bother me much. Mainly, trash disposal was a bit annoying...

Nice affordable place for young people, clean bedrooms, clean bathrooms, located near Hauptbahnhof. There is breakfast offered for around 9€. Breakfast was also nice. Smoker section outside. Elevator. Comfortable beds and tv :) 2 min walking is the supermarket and fastfood chains in front. I would come back!

Accomodation was good. Breakfast had a broad range of choices, all freshly made. We had a room on the front side, passing traffic was a bit loud. Overall a good hotel for a short Stay.

Fantastic arrangements even in this corona time. Well managed, rooms are very pratical with all required amenities including fan which is at times hard to find.

In this COVID situation, Hotel Leomar has taken care of tiny details to maintain safety without compromising on comfort. Decent Chambers, friendly staf. Close to the highway, very suitable for overnight stops. The overal neighboorhood is a bit awkward, with malls but also adult entertainment centers and casino's in the vicinity, so not really child friendly. The lack of bars or restaurants close to the hotel is a bit disappointing.

Great for the price. Lower budget hotel for Ulm, but still a nice hotel. You can't beat the location, near the Ulm Cathedral, River, and downtown. The breakfast is good, but not amazing. The rooms are comfortable, but basic. Fyi, do not expect to get shampoo or an iron for your clothes.

We stopped here unexpectedly because of our broken car on a Saturday afternoon. The service were directly spot on and helped us with their fridge to cool our food. Thank you! Very clean, friendly staff, the sheets smelled fresh and clean. Great breakfast too. The only thing they didn’t have was a kettle and a small fridge but asked for hot water and they gave us for free. So helpful!

We booked the cheapest room on Expedia. While it was small and inexpensive, it was very clean, quiet, and adequate for one night for a couple. The other rooms looked more spacious. The staff were polite and kind. We didn't have the hotel breakfast, but it looked similar to breakfast offerings at comparable hotels. If we visit Ulm again, we would be happy to stay here again, but we would probably book...

Friendly front desk check in staff they also part time as breakfast service staff, kudos to them. Stayed here on 1May24, labour day most of the shops were closed. Love our family room on the top of the building. Could see the tip of the church. Room was ready at 3pm when we checked in. Many wall sockets available for charging. Kettle provided and a bottle of water in the fridge. Not alot of hanging...

$$$ ÷ Location = Great Value. This is in a very safe and quiet part of Ulm and close to the Minster; the walk to the Minster can take several routes past good shopping and food. Room was great, and breakfast was as well.. We would come back again.

Nice quiet location with a church next to it. Rooms were full of dust which makes the Covid precautions in this hotel to a minimum. The glass walls at the breakfast don't make sense with a bar between the employee and the guests. Breakfast was ok, good boiled eggs, more than enough to choose from. Really nice employees but poor cleaned out rooms

Friendly and helpful staff, large room, tasteful breakfast. Church bells ring every quarter hour. Restaurant was full Sunday evening. We drove to Ulm center by car, it was not too far and there were interesting tourist attractions.

Rooms very spacious for a family. Clean and tidy. No fan, so very very hot in the rooms. Ate at the hotel, poor service and understaffed. Food was good though!

Standort ist ruhig gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer war Top. Einziges Manko die Dachschräge über der Dusche/Badewanne. Frühstück war exzellent. Preise für die Minibar waren relativ preiswert. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

The owner said that we could only have a table at 18h30. The restaurant was far of being fully busy all evening long until 22 h We rushed to be on time. The hotel is fine and the breakfast complete with good service!

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff is super friendly and will immediately make you feel like home. It is well located in a very nice area 10mins away from the coty center by tram. The rooms have all you need for a good stay and breakfast was included (in our case). They also provide free parking on premises. We will return on my next trip to Ulm.

This family hotel is a real gem! We stayed in a quadruple room for two nights. Friendly staff, really nice and spacious room, perfectly clean, free parking, really good breakfast, peaceful surroundings, wifi. We would come back anytime!

We stayed in this lovely, rustic style hotel for two nights. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, with plenty of storage space, comfy bed, mini-bar and lovely wood features. Free parking. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. It was in a good location for hiking, cycling or taking a bus into Ulm. Good restaurants near by too. We would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, cozy. We had breakfast and it was good. It is situated in a very nice location. The parking in front of the hotel was almost full when we got there, but there are more spots where to park somewhere else. Minibar with beer was appreciated :).

It is a self-service apartment, and there should be many long-term residents. The hotel parking lot is large and free, which is very suitable for people who drive. The room is OK, worthy of the price.

We booked this hotel with some fear, because we had not found any recent reviews. However, we were very satisfied: large and fairly clean room, absolutely silent at night, friendly staff, ample parking. The only problems were: the wifi did not reach the room (but only a few meters from the reception) and the beds are "German" with a duvet without a sheet and a soft pillow
