We loved the location on the main square close to all the ice cream parlours, cafes, restaurants & shops. It was nice to have secure off road parking for my motorcycle (even given a covered garage). Nice and clean hotel right in the middle of Viechtach's historic town center with shopping and eating nearby. Single rooms are very small but double room are ok. Fridge and water kettles are missing. Great breakfast buffet but the restaurant menu is pretty limited.

Very nice, quiet place, very friendly people (family!) very child-friendly, recommended! Holiday in the middle of nature. Nice play barn. Children can let off steam in nature! The bread roll service is also great, we will go on holiday there again! Greetings from the Eastern Allgäu!

Beautiful apartments, pleasantly quiet, secluded location directly on hiking and mountain bike routes. Very nice host family.

Looks nice rooms, comfortably furnished. The proximity to nature right on your doorstep. Ideal for families with children; Even in mixed weather, there are plenty of indoor play options available. The host family responds very friendly to all guests' questions.

The apartment is mega! Very nice, very clean and the Venus family incredibly friendly! We were there with a child and the farm alone with the cows, chickens and cats was ideal for the little ones! A cot was also available. Daily bread service 😉 We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back! 😊

We have been vacationing in the Bavarian Forest for over 40 years. And every time there is a meal at the Rappenhof on the agenda. It's one of those old characterful hotels with a huge dining area on the ground floor and the guest rooms above. The Rappenhof is in a quiet location despite good connections. Our first holiday in the Bavarian Forest. We loved it. Accommodation is a bit older but wonderfully clean and quiet. Very good opportunities in the area for young and old. We were "only" breakfast and dinner. Accordingly, I can't say anything about the room. The breakfast is great and varied for the price. From yoghurt to muesli, rolls to eggs and cakes. Everything absolutely delicious. Everyone gets their money's worth at dinner - vegetarian, with or without pork. Everything delicious. The drinks are delicious too. Very good food here and staff competent and friendly. Food is served relatively quick after ordering. My only point to pick on is the price for the pork fillet and fresh garlic I found over priced at 14 euros something.the dish was unquestionably good I just needed a bit more!. It consisted three pieces pork fillet and lots of chips. But for 14 euros I expect more meat! Would have been happier paying...

Lovely food ,perfect hospitality.

We spent one night here and it was great. We checked in close to midnight since our Airbnb host did not show up and we had to stay in a hotel. Although they did not have round the clock reception but they were very flexible.

If you need a relaxing stay in a beautiful place, this will do nicely. The hotel is very good, the rooms are comfortable and the food is good. The wine we had was excellent. There is an extensive spa area with a large inside pool and a heated outside pool. There is also a big garden with loungers to sit outside in the sunshine. You can go for long walks straight from the hotel and there is a Rodelbahn...

We can only say good things about this hotel ! It is run by a friendly family who takes care of the guest in a professional and casual way. The breakfast and dinner are carefully prepared and also show variation throughout the week. Very clean and quiet. Good both for couples without and families with children (if the children are well behaving so that they don't overly disturb the other guests). Pleasant...

The Team at the Reinerhof is near to perfection. Great guest Relation, excellent Spa and Wellness, tremendous food. Highly recommended for everyone in or visiting Germany

The Reinerhof in Sankt Englmar is worth the trip. Well eat, Enjoy and Relax! Bathing and Wellness landscape. Bar, Restaurant and terrace, everything you could need. Beautiful rooms and friendly staff. In the holidays I only say!

Great hotel and the staff is the best!

We stayed at Hotel Falter for one night on or way through Germany to Austria. We really enjoyed the excellent Hotel with the excellent room (freshly renovated and absolute top!), the wonderful food and the charming village. We regret that we left far to early and cant wait to get back.

A popular hotel in the centre of Drachselsried. One of very few places that accept credit cards. Plenty of parking and the restaurant is recommended.

The campsite is getting a bit old. But everything is tidy and you feel good. The staff is nice and helpful. 1 star deduction for the pool opening times 10:00 to 18:00 is a bit short. The water in the pool could also be a little warmer for our well-being. All in all, we can recommend the campsite.

Great campsite, very nice people in the reception and on the pitch! You feel good here, the Bavarian air is awesome. Deserved 5 out of 5 stars. Sanitary facilities are very well maintained and cleaned twice a day, you feel good here! We are now permanent campers!

The mobile home has everything you need. Surroundings beautiful. There are fixed routes if you don't take shortcuts. But you can also run well there. Staff very helpful and nice. We felt comfortable all around. We'll definitely be back.

Of course, this is not a 5 star campsite, but the staff make you feel like a welcome guest here. We had problems with the landlord that are actually none of the camping staff's business, and yet the staff tried to please us. Thank you again for that. The pool is perfectly adequate and a nice change, especially in bad weather.

Excellent campsite in a beautiful setting. Sanitary is not brand new but spotless. Reception is welcoming and easy. Good explanation about Covid rules in Bayern. A lot has already been done on the site and the facilities to get it up to date again. And with success! There is much to see and experience in the area. In short: recommended!
