Unfortunately this house has been released for demolition. We are probably the last guests. It is a shame about the old seaside architecture and the charm that this house exudes. Even though, understandably, a lot of investments were not made due to the near end, we enjoyed our stay here.

Top quality gastronomy. Thought this had died out in Germany.. Very pleasantly surprised and prices that are absolutely affordable.

We stayed at the Hotel Leuchtfeuer for a short break and were pleasantly surprised. The service and friendliness of the staff was great. The breakfast and dinner also left nothing to be desired. We will definitely come back again.

Super nice room (the suite) In the middle of the village square, you are super central. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had a very nice balcony. The staff was nice and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice. The counter invites you to sit in the evening. I can only recommend.

A cozy, homy, and best place to stay in Horumersiel. Even probably the best place in Nordsee, or Northsee. They have a restaurant too, near the hotel, that also great with their recommended cuisine.

The real kicker to making this trip excellent was meeting one of the local staff by the name of Jay! She was absolutely delightful! Exceptional fluency in English, was so kindhearted and thoughtful, and made me feel welcome right from the start! She definitely deserves a raise! What a wonderful trip thanks to Jay!

The restaurant is really good, and the atmosphere has improved significantly from before, vibrant with people. Really like the attitude of the owner and staff. Food is delicious, especially à la carte. Credit card payment options too, which is not easy to find in Wittmund. My 2 cents.

Our highlight in November. A small, personal, very nicely furnished hotel with extremely friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast is varied and the homemade Bircher muesli is unbeatable. Even our dog is very welcome.

A very nice little hotel. Nice room and great SPA area. The staff is very friendly and the hotelier goes to great lengths to ensure that the guest is fine. The egg dishes are prepared individually for each person. The breakfast buffet is also very tasty and good.

The restaurant was fantastic! A small but nice menu. Scallops and fish were cooked excellently. A suitable menu has also been very courteously put together for the vegans. And the service was very friendly. So far the best restaurant on the island!

A wonderful hotel with a feel-good character. Our family felt very comfortable. Our suite was perfect, clean, tidy and with a lot of space. Upon arrival, we were fortunate enough to be greeted by the heart and soul of the place, Mrs. Niggemann. It was a wonderful stay with impeccable service both in the hotel and the restaurant. Even our Borzoi, Adam, always received a kind gesture. We will gladly return.

We were on the island for a short break and stayed at the Nordseehotel Kröger. The hotel is ideally located near the town center, the beach, and not far from the landmark, the water tower. The always helpful and friendly hotel staff were able to provide us with some great tips for things to do on the island. Simply perfect 🙂

First of all, a huge thank you to Mrs. Franke, who really looked after my parents so warmly. I felt very comfortable in the beautiful hotel. The hotel was pretty pricey, considering there is literally nothing around and the rooms seemed very outdated. Also, there was some kind of drain (with unknown purpose), right in the middle of the bathroom, which caused some unpleasant smells. Other than that: the staff was very nice and helpful and the wellness area was okay.

The website for the hotel gives the impression of a seaside location. It is a few hundred meters away and a short walk. But the hotel itself calms any initial disappointment. The rooms are modern and clean, the bar is comfortable and is adjacent to the hotel restaurant which serves an excellent and varied menu. The beds are soft and cool and the bathroom ensuite clean and functional. Would stay again...

The rooms are great and clean with soft beds. But the bathrooms are small that is why I gave it 4/5. The service was good but they would not tell me the brand of the sherry wine they offer you when you check in. It's the best wine I have ever tasted. So that is why I gave them 4/5 on service. Location is 5/5 as it is under 10 minute walk and they have parking at the Hotel.

The hotel and the restaurant have apparently been completely renovated. The entrance area is bright and friendly with a cozy lounge corner where we enjoyed our cappuccino from the restaurant. We ate very well in the restaurant and drank excellent wine. The room was chic and functional. The staff in all areas were very friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back.

It was a perfect stay for me. The best features of the hotel : location, delicious food, friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel. By the way, we had to leave the hotel before the start of breakfast since we had to catch our flight. Because of that reason, they prepared a package of food for me and my colleague. We were here for the wedding of some friends a couple of weeks ago. The place is definetely beautiful. The room were the party took place was big and nice decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, the food was not good. It was more something you would find in a 2-star hotel.
