It was a perfect stay for me. The best features of the hotel : location, delicious food, friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel. By the way, we had to leave the hotel before the start of breakfast since we had to catch our flight. Because of that reason, they prepared a package of food for me and my colleague. Many thanks for your gesture :)

A small hot room. Behind the building, one room, the window faces the road. There is always the sound of cars running. The exhaust fan is noisy. The internet is not good. Breakfast and service staff are excellent.

This hotel was way above its 4**** Rating--it would be 4* if air condition was provided. Good taste with interior design, rooms high-end, good ambience, good bar with friendly staff, good service and 'feeling'.

Good hotel, good roomy rooms. Good breakfast. Beds are a little less, hence the 4 stars. Also disappointed in the TV channels they offer. No Dutch channels, even tho it isn't too far off the Dutch border.

We were here for the wedding of some friends a couple of weeks ago.
The place is definetely beautiful. The room were the party took place was big and nice decorated.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
However, the food was not good. It was more something you would find in a 2-star hotel.

This is a charming hotel in the middle of the small Aurich. Confortable enough, but expensive for a place without bath. Service was lovely and breakfast ok.

The hotel is a quiet nice place with several places to have a rest, restaurant, and other activities. Due to the present coronavirus, fewer places are available around the city. The historical museum, the gardens closer to the castle, the Port make a wonderful day out.

Cosy, clean and friendly. Great food in the annexing restaurant.

Nice hotel but certainly not amazing. Above average quality and service. Staff friendly. 1 person room small but adequate. Several items in room needed servicing. Shower flooded. Parking in front but spaces to narrow for normal cars. No aircon. No room service. Breakfast quality good and assortment continental average. All in all recommendable 7,5 out of 10.

Amazing hotel. Tremendous staff and service. Great comfortable room. INCREDIBLE breakfast! 2 minutes from the Sparkassen Arena and in the middle of an amazing location in Aurich. Lots of parking and clean air. Highly recommended.
