Great hotel with very conscientious staff. The room was really comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The only thing that let it down for me was that it didn't have a restaurant for evening meals. It was very reasonably priced with parking.

It is only a stone's throw away from the client's office and there is a highly acclaimed restaurant nearby, which provides great convenience for business negotiations and dining. It brings a great experience.

Room was large and clean. The Staff was friendly and helpfull. Parking is easy. It was peacefull even at Christmas and New Year. The hotel area has a lot potential, have to come back at summertime what it looks like when the sun is shining.

Very convenient option for basic needs, bit outdated classic interior and furniture but all was kept in great condition, fast check in, run by kind welcoming family who lives in the place, the beds was very comfortable with ability to raise the head electrically to recline position. Nice and comfortable if you are in a business trip in the area. Very nice hospitality. Good breakfast. Will be good to serve more vegetables and to offer water in the rooms daily. Close to Dusseldorf Messe so make it very easy to come and go.

I had my room in the "Kutschhaus". Very friendly and cosy rooms. The Internet was excellent. It seemed very new and well maintained. The bathroom was spacious and the shower really nice. The restaurant is a big plus, especially if you like wine and typical german food.

You can check in digitally when you are late. Good hotel, nothing too fancy. Good quality/price ratio. It is next to a bunch of garages. And there is a little pond with grass and benches across the road.

We haven’t seen a single person while staying there apart from some nutjob wandering around and asking for his tablets / telephone. The room we got is not the best, but probably this is the worst in the hotel. The toilet is outside of the room but other rooms have own toilettes in the broom. But the breakfast for 7.5 is very good quality.

Lovely place - beautifully renovated barn, extremely clean and tidy. Nicely arranged interiors and comfortable beds. Breakfast - everything was very fresh and tasty. Helpful and attentive staff. And a super-pretty Eveline, who serves best coffee! Plus her cute dog Bogdan, that reminds me my 3 pupils, who cannot travel so far.

We spent 6 days at the Classic Hotel in Kaarst while visiting friends. The staff made us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's not a modern hotel. But finally its name is "Classic Hotel". The biggest surprise for me here was the size of the room. It is huge! I think it is about 25m2. It's what you would expect from an ibis budget hotel. Due to the Coronavirus they are currently not serving any breakfast. The only problem I had is that I couldn't sleep with an open window because the street was too loud. Not the hotels fault, just something to keep in mind.

This hotel is OK but not more. It's really a budget hotel : everything is lower than possible. Apart from the orange juice, I didn't really liked the breakfast. The rooms are simple with toilets and shower. TV is nice. The big negative point is that this hotel is far away from the city center (40mn by tram)

Was not that much good. Staff was bit rude. I was waiting for 20 min for check in. If you are tired and booked room to have some rest. Still you need to fill one form which is again wastage of time. We can expect much better service in other ordinary hotels. So my opinion neither a good hotel nor good service.

If you are looking for a cheap stay with basic needs provided for: this hotel will do very nicely. The rooms are sober, providing no more than necessary, and the breakfast is relatively good for a budget hotel. It is also located close to the central rail station and a nice shopping street. All in all, a rather good budget hotel.

Good location, spacious room but the bathroom was smelling extremely unpleasant, esp. The shower. I couldnt see any mold tho. Other than that it was good for the price and from experience of my colleagues one of the good ones in krefeld. Others apparently arent as clean… i cant be the judge of that 🤷‍♀️

I stayed here a couple of nights and enjoyed it. It is conveniently located a short walk from the main train station. It is excellent value for money, but in that price range you only get the basics. My only real disappointment was that the cleaning service failed to come into my room after my first night. However, friends staying there at the same time did not have that experience.

I recently stayed twice at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was of high quality products. Location was perfect at walking distance to the city centre. I highly recommend this hotel.

We really liked the renovated accommodation. The mattress, shower, and everything were really excellent. We were even able to check in a little early. I can't comment on the noise level from the street, but it's absolutely quiet from the courtyard. Really good value for money.

Everything was ok, the breakfast room was very dark, so I skipped breakfast. The bed for the single is much too narrow. I don't need a 140 bed, but when I turned over I was worried about falling out of bed. Why so narrow in a big room and what a strange bed, like a camping lounger???

In the center of Krefeld. Just for sleeping. Everything private. There is also a small Spanish restaurant in the house. Very cozy with tapas and other Spanish dishes.

Everything was very clean and quiet, but I was alone in this apartment with two rooms. In the common room was no one and you can just rest a little or cook something. It is very close to city centre where you can walk to.

The rooms are simple but functionally well furnished. The cleanliness is very good. The breakfast buffet is simple but very good: fresh fruit, rolls, yoghurt, spreads, juices, etc. Only the communication can be a bit bumpy. da wir für diesen Termin leider im Mercury-Hotel City-Nord kein Zimmer buchen konnten, sind wir ins Mercure-Hotel Kaarst ausgewischen. Auch hier waren wir zufrieden. Sonntag sind wir dann ins Mercure-Hotel, City-Nord gewechselt.

In general the stay was better than expected. Just two details: actually the location is not in active zone of the city, and the rooms vere much too hot for us Finns. As said, everything else was just marvellous.
