Very comfortable a affordable Hotel in proximity to the Neuss rail station. Staff spoke english (which is important for some) and it was a quick walk to the S bahn which you can use to get around to nearby cities. Wold stay again. PS: Nice balcony as well, perfect for a evening beer!

Centrally located hotel with ok size on the rooms. The standard could be higher and the beds a little bit softer. My pillow was singing on the last verse and should be changed ASAP which I told the reception. Breakfast and the staff was the best with this hotel.

Well, I guess it varies from room to room: the one I stayed does have curtains and there is lamp and bed-lamp as well in the room. i came here because limited room availability in Düsseldorf because of the Tour de France. Toiletries e.g. body cream, body wash, dental kit etc is not there. Water kettle as well as tea, coffee, milk and sugar pouch is not available in room.

Very convenient option for basic needs, bit outdated classic interior and furniture but all was kept in great condition, fast check in, run by kind welcoming family who lives in the place, the beds was very comfortable with ability to raise the head electrically to recline position. Breakfast was rich and tasty, checking out was fast too. Plenty of car parking spaces and supermarket across the street

Nice and comfortable if you are in a business trip in the area. Very nice hospitality. Good breakfast. Will be good to serve more vegetables and to offer water in the rooms daily. Close to Dusseldorf Messe so make it very easy to come and go.

We stayed at the Fire & Ice Hotel during the Easter holidays in occasion of a family trip to Duesseldorf. We had booked a so called "Tree chalet", all very nice and clean. Staff extremely friendly and prepared. We would definitely go back there. :)
