Friendly and professional personal. Rooms were ok but aircon was not good enough to cool down the room and was very loud! Price was a bit too high for this place.

Good Motel Style place to stay, close to the Autobahn. Quick and easy good service at check in / out. Rooms large and clean. Only thing I would remark ist 17€ overnight parking in the middle of an industrial areas is a little expensive. Otherwise warm recommendation from my side.

Hotel is beautiful from outside and inside. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is helpful as well. Cons : Wifi is an issue, its not stable. Even i changed my room , then also Internet issue. Also the beds needs to improve, as they are too deep. I had some back pain after getting up in the morning.

da wir für diesen Termin leider im Mercury-Hotel City-Nord kein Zimmer buchen konnten, sind wir ins Mercure-Hotel Kaarst ausgewischen. Auch hier waren wir zufrieden. Sonntag sind wir dann ins Mercure-Hotel, City-Nord gewechselt.

Extremely friendly STuff & good Breackfast... Was nice!

We spent 6 days at the Classic Hotel in Kaarst while visiting friends. The staff made us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's not a modern hotel. But finally its name is "Classic Hotel". The biggest surprise for me here was the size of the room. It is huge! I think it is about 25m2. I felt comfortable immediately with it. What more? Service at the desk is very nice. Internet connection perfect. Speedtest result: Ping: 10ms, download 210Mbps, upload 18Mbps. We are of the Tespo for Badminton. The location is very well accessible, right on the highway. The places are always clean and tidy, the staff very friendly. Also, for Tennis or Squash, I can recommend the Tespo.

Delicius food quiet private athmosphear

Lovely place - beautifully renovated barn, extremely clean and tidy. Nicely arranged interiors and comfortable beds. Breakfast - everything was very fresh and tasty. Helpful and attentive staff. And a super-pretty Eveline, who serves best coffee! Plus her cute dog Bogdan, that reminds me my 3 pupils, who cannot travel so far.

The staff all in all very nice. The food tastes really good. not every dish, but what I had was always good. The salad buffet is not to be recommended... the salad is brown and it circles many fly to him. Nevertheless, I'm happy to be there. The ambience is good. And the meat is fresh. p/l ratio is in order. The ice cream is not homemade, unfortunately.

It was an overall pleasant stay for two nights. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly. And the very close station of the tram makes it a very good location. It's very easy to go to town.

Convenient check-in/checkout process, comfortable room, quiet, good air-conditioning, pretty good connections to public transport, pretty good value for money overall. Lack of fridge in room only small negative. Didn't try the breakfast.

Very comfortable a affordable Hotel in proximity to the Neuss rail station. Staff spoke english (which is important for some) and it was a quick walk to the S bahn which you can use to get around to nearby cities. Wold stay again. PS: Nice balcony as well, perfect for a evening beer!

Centrally located hotel with ok size on the rooms. The standard could be higher and the beds a little bit softer. My pillow was singing on the last verse and should be changed ASAP which I told the reception. Breakfast and the staff was the best with this hotel.

Well, I guess it varies from room to room: the one I stayed does have curtains and there is lamp and bed-lamp as well in the room. i came here because limited room availability in Düsseldorf because of the Tour de France. The room we got is not the best, but probably this is the worst in the hotel. The toilet is outside of the room but other rooms have own toilettes in the broom. But the breakfast for 7.5 is very good quality.

We stayed at the Fire & Ice Hotel during the Easter holidays in occasion of a family trip to Duesseldorf. We had booked a so called "Tree chalet", all very nice and clean. Staff extremely friendly and prepared. We would definitely go back there. :)

Very clean and nice, staff speaks multiple languages including English. They are flexible if something goes wrong on your room. The bus and tram stops are just across the Parking lot and the park is beautiful, although the entrance is usually littered

Rooms were very hot and no way to cool them down. I think the hotel is expensive enough to be able to provide some kind of airconditioning. Parking was expensive and not the safest neighbourhood. Except for the heat, the rooms were very nice and breakfast was delicious!

The location is not so good, but the amenities are complete, the room is not small, and it was clean. I would like to stay again. Thank you.
