Friendly and professional personal. Rooms were ok but aircon was not good enough to cool down the room and was very loud! Price was a bit too high for this place.

Good Motel Style place to stay, close to the Autobahn. Quick and easy good service at check in / out. Rooms large and clean. Only thing I would remark ist 17€ overnight parking in the middle of an industrial areas is a little expensive. Otherwise warm recommendation from my side.

Hotel is beautiful from outside and inside. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is helpful as well. Cons : Wifi is an issue, its not stable. Even i changed my room , then also Internet issue. Also the beds needs to improve, as they are too deep. I had some back pain after getting up in the morning.

We spent 6 days at the Classic Hotel in Kaarst while visiting friends. The staff made us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's not a modern hotel. But finally its name is "Classic Hotel". The biggest surprise for me here was the size of the room. It is huge! I think it is about 25m2. We are of the Tespo for Badminton. The location is very well accessible, right on the highway. The places are always clean and tidy, the staff very friendly. Also, for Tennis or Squash, I can recommend the Tespo.

The apartment is very clean, good amount of space, wifi is fast and parking. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay for business or pleasure.

I can highly recommend Living 28. We rented 2 apartments for a period of 2 months while our house was being rebuilt. The landlord was super friendly and helpful. The apartments were very nice and clean. The property is located in a quiet residential area with its own parking spaces right in front of the front door. Great hotel for the price. Clean and quiet hotel. We only stayed one night, so that was fine. Not sure I would've stayed for a longer period of time, but just for an overnight stay it was great. Well, I guess it varies from room to room: the one I stayed does have curtains and there is lamp and bed-lamp as well in the room. i came here because limited room availability in Düsseldorf because of the Tour de France. We stayed at the Fire & Ice Hotel during the Easter holidays in occasion of a family trip to Duesseldorf. We had booked a so called "Tree chalet", all very nice and clean. Staff extremely friendly and prepared. We would definitely go back there. :)

Thé facilités are new but also diligently maintained. All staff (from front desk-servers-cleaning staff) were friendly and efficient. We felt very welcomed. Honest and hard working staff👍👍

Easy to get too especially from city centre or airport and rooms a good size and have all that you would expect and a hose tablet in the room you can use to order, book a table or breakfast. Free WiFi. No grumbles at the moment but only been here for 24hrs

Lovely clean, stylish and spacious hotel. The staff were very polite staff and there was a good choice of food at breakfast. Not too far a walk from a number of shops and restaurants (about ten minutes). The only comment I would make is that there were no tea bags or milk packets in the room so I had to go down to the restaurant or bar to get a tea (charged to my room).

It's like at tge end of Neuss, which is kinda big village with sufficient resources and shops... Nature landscapes are wonderful. 2 big gardens nearby with an amazing running track. And a wonderful old building museum. Inside the rooms there is no big ceiling lamp to annoy sleepers, but efficient lights distributed: 2 reading lights in the beds, one desk light that can be manipulated upside to light...

A cheap but good hotel. You pay for what you get so don't expect Hilton quality. But if you need to stay short term in a hotel and you have a car handy this is a good option. It's closest to tram line 709 that goes to the main Central station. Rooms are basic but have everything you would need. We arrived during late hours at the hotel, which wasnt an issue at all. the receptionist answered multiple questions and we were more than satisfied with the competence of all the staff members . the breakfast was delicious! so much variety! the bed was extremely comfortable!! and the staff members were at all times extremely friendly and helpful! For me is excellent as I stay here every times when i come to work in Neuss since year 2003 till present. All staff very friendly.

Through no fault of the staff, this hotel is located on the outskirts of Neuss so anything of interest is at least a 10-15 minute walk. It's not a place to holiday in but if you're travelling for business it's ideal.

Could not fault the hotel. Very clean good sized room that was comfortable and modern. Breakfast has a good selection of meats, fruit, breads, cereal and cooked items such as bacon sausage etc. Slightly out of the way, taxi drive approximately 15 mins to/from dusseldorf Town centre an typically cost around €30. An Uber is a little cheaper but they are not as many in number.

Very far from the center. The bus around is not stuck to the timetable - although punctuality is an overall impression of German. The room itself is quite nice, worthy a 5 star. The communication of the front desk is also very good. Only the transportation around is a bit frastrating.

Of the known from the Commundo conference hotel is the Best! Rooms are as usual in the conference hotel is very simple and small but sufficient. The Hotel itself is not very spacious because of the height special on an old Roman settlement. Here good shoes are recommended.

I like the hotel, service is very friendly and it is well situated in an environment that even allows to go for walk into the green in the evenings. However, the entire building needs renovation. I think some rooms have already been refurbished, but the overall appearance is a bit neglected. Shame, because it could be a nice place to stay.
