We spent 6 days at the Classic Hotel in Kaarst while visiting friends. The staff made us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's not a modern hotel. But finally its name is "Classic Hotel". The biggest surprise for me here was the size of the room. It is huge! I think it is about 25m2. I felt comfortable immediately with it. What more? Service at the desk is very nice. Internet connection perfect. Speedtest result: Ping: 10ms, download 210Mbps, upload 18Mbps. Two weeks ago we were allowed to live in the apartment. Everything was very clean and tidy. The boss was very friendly and accommodating. We can only recommend BÖ 21!

I can highly recommend Living 28. We rented 2 apartments for a period of 2 months while our house was being rebuilt. The landlord was super friendly and helpful. The apartments were very nice and clean. The property is located in a quiet residential area with its own parking spaces right in front of the front door. A Rewe supermarket can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and directly opposite are beautiful...

Very comfortable a affordable Hotel in proximity to the Neuss rail station. Staff spoke english (which is important for some) and it was a quick walk to the S bahn which you can use to get around to nearby cities. Wold stay again. PS: Nice balcony as well, perfect for a evening beer!

Great hotel for the price. Clean and quiet hotel. We only stayed one night, so that was fine. Not sure I would've stayed for a longer period of time, but just for an overnight stay it was great. Parking is very limited close by the hotel and be careful not to leave your car unattended as we managed to get a fine within ten minutes of arriving to the hotel to check in and figure out where to park. Well, I guess it varies from room to room: the one I stayed does have curtains and there is lamp and bed-lamp as well in the room. i came here because limited room availability in Düsseldorf because of the Tour de France. We stayed at the Fire & Ice Hotel during the Easter holidays in occasion of a family trip to Duesseldorf. We had booked a so called "Tree chalet", all very nice and clean. Staff extremely friendly and prepared. We would definitely go back there. :)

Thé facilités are new but also diligently maintained. All staff (from front desk-servers-cleaning staff) were friendly and efficient. We felt very welcomed. Honest and hard working staff👍👍

A cheap but good hotel. You pay for what you get so don't expect Hilton quality. But if you need to stay short term in a hotel and you have a car handy this is a good option. It's closest to tram line 709 that goes to the main Central station. Rooms are basic but have everything you would need. The bed covers to keep you warm are very small and depending on what room you have might not be sufficient...

We arrived during late hours at the hotel, which wasnt an issue at all. the receptionist answered multiple questions and we were more than satisfied with the competence of all the staff members . the breakfast was delicious! so much variety! the bed was extremely comfortable!! and the staff members were at all times extremely friendly and helpful! Through no fault of the staff, this hotel is located on the outskirts of Neuss so anything of interest is at least a 10-15 minute walk. It's not a place to holiday in but if you're travelling for business it's ideal.

Parking is ample in the area (at least on weekends when the nearby office buildings are empty). Another business-traveller-oriented hotel that's a safe choice with no surprises. Could not fault the hotel. Very clean good sized room that was comfortable and modern. Breakfast has a good selection of meats, fruit, breads, cereal and cooked items such as bacon sausage etc. Slightly out of the way, taxi drive approximately 15 mins to/from dusseldorf Town centre an typically cost around €30. An Uber is a little cheaper but they are not as many in number.

The rooms are nice, but didn't get a double room and joining two single beds doesn't allow to sleep together with the partner because beds move away. The breakfast is very varied and tasty and the view from the rooms and breakfast is nice. Parking for a day in the hotel parking is just above 20 eur and in the parking outside, unguarded, is 17 eur for 24h. Otherwise park on the street, if lucky to find...

Don’t judge a book by its cover, applies very much to this hotel. The outside is an 80s monstrosity but the rooms are updated and quite nice. Good WiFi and nice breakfast. Paid parking but some free on-street parking available.

Very far from the center. The bus around is not stuck to the timetable - although punctuality is an overall impression of German. The room itself is quite nice, worthy a 5 star. The communication of the front desk is also very good. Only the transportation around is a bit frastrating.

The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good. Sad thing was we wanted to use the sauna in the morning, but they wouldn't turn it on for us while the signs said "call if you want to make use of the sauna". Beautiful view of the Rhine with barge traffic 😀. Parking : street parking is free until 7 am. Ignored it and got a €40 ticket. Would have been cheaper to take the hotel parking for €16 😞

If you want a peaceful environment but are still close to everything, this is the place. Close to shopping mall,close to train station. The only downside is the food menu, which is limited, but you have restaurants in the shopping mall 5 mins away. Amenities: swimming pool, sauna

Love the atmosphere there, ans the cheap prices. Also free car parking. For the night: the bus Station is in the near and in under 30 min you're in düsseldorf which is perfect for a party night.

Of the known from the Commundo conference hotel is the Best! Rooms are as usual in the conference hotel is very simple and small but sufficient. The Hotel itself is not very spacious because of the height special on an old Roman settlement. Here good shoes are recommended.

A solid conference hotel. Everything was clean, all friendly. However, the guest rooms on hot days, very hot and there is no air conditioning. In addition, the location is quite peripheral. You have to get the Bus to the train to Düsseldorf. There is a beautiful Jogging trail on the Rhine.

I like the hotel, service is very friendly and it is well situated in an environment that even allows to go for walk into the green in the evenings. However, the entire building needs renovation. I think some rooms have already been refurbished, but the overall appearance is a bit neglected. Shame, because it could be a nice place to stay.
