We had a great room for our family with 2 children (1 and 4). There was a travel cot for the youngest and a cot with fall protection for our 4 year old. Breakfast was excellent and we had a great view of the water. One evening we ordered food in the restaurant and a waiter walked back with me to bring us the food. I found that very helpful. We went to Seeadler for dinner. Even though it was quite busy, the food came quickly. Schnitzel and fried herring tasted very good. 👍 We will be back!

We were looking for a restaurant on the way back to the holiday home and luckily we ended up here. The food was very tasty. The "usual" dishes are offered, but they are prepared with that special something. The price-performance ratio was therefore very good and I would definitely eat here again on a second visit to the island. It was also nice that we were served shortly before the kitchen closed...

We were only here for dinner, quite spontaneous and late. But you could still order anything and the service was relaxed and very friendly. The food was wonderful 👍

Nice hotel, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean. A refrigerator would have been nice. You can't beat the location, right on the beach. Breakfast was ok. Overall, however, very good, we would love to come back.

Lovely location immersed in nature, a lot of activities available and the beach is a 5 minutes walk. Nice rooms, relaxing Spa (only in the morning without kids), and a very high quality/price restaurant.

very pleasant stay, the staff was so friendly and nice, i got a room upgrade and everything was so clean and nice, will definitely come back again!

It was a worthwhile stay. The rooms are neat , have a little mini bar and modern bathroom. The walk to the beach is not long. The food was the absolute best. We ate from the restaurant every day and they just had amazing Dinner options and tasty! The swimming pool is huge and they have a Sauna too.

OK room: clean&cosy, equipped with a kettle and a fridge/minibar. Friendly staff. However, at this price, I would expect the rooms to have air conditioning - in the heat of summer, opening the window hardly cuts it.

We didnt stay here but ate at the restaurant. Pricey but very tasty and good portions. Both my wife and I had the house fish dish (3 different fresh local fish with fried potatoes). Very tasty. Our children ate from the childrens menu. They were very accomodating to our fussy little one. Both thorougly enjoyed their meals. Friendly staff and quick service.

Nothing to complain. Level of service and professionalism of Hanse Kogge Team in all areas ( Front Desk, Breakfast, Room Service, … ) to be rated outstanding. Travelling a lot this was more a five star stay from service level perspective. Hanse Kogge has a great team in place!

What an amazing restaurant. We had the meat platter for two and a couple of sides. It was more than enough for the four of us and was in every way delicious and well prepared. The service was attentive, efficient and delightful. The decorations in the restaurant are amazing and fit the theme of the hotel, spa and restaurant. We hope to come back soon and recommend you do the same.

Hotel was ok ,time was stop in 2000,,tv was only Germain,no English , France,even Polish Chanel ,when Germain guest arrived in Poland,they expect Germain TV ,but in Germany was only German ,no international Chanel pls think about this,room was clean,spa no bussy on this time ,wellness was super ,only big problem is naked people in spa ,it's illegal ,hotel supposed to inform guest,also in the season...

Somewhat larger hotel with a nice spa, decent storage for bicycles and battery charging possibility. A few minutes walk from the beach.

We spent our summer vacation in the great hotel. The atmosphere was very pleasant, calm and familiar. The room was very tidy and clean and the breakfast buffet was very rich with a changing menu.

Stayed here for three days while visiting Peenemunde. Modest clean rooms, good included breakfast, and a short walk to the center of town. Zinnowitz is an interesting small town off-season. English is not as widely spoken here as in the large cities, but you'll get by.

Very nice hot breakfast. Great bar at the hotel. More-less okaish internet with occasional hiccups. Netflix was able to function though. A small fridge in the room.

Rooms are ok, it doesn't seem to be an independent hotel, because it doesn't have its own lobby. When checking in, you have to walk about 5 minutes to the so-called Preussenhof. Construction work is currently underway in parts of the house, which will reduce the stay somewhat. Great room with lots of space, great facilities and breathtaking sea views! Breakfast is great and varied. The location close to the beach is perfect and various destinations can be reached quickly by car (parking lot directly in front of the hotel) or by train (max. 15 minutes on foot). Accommodation is highly recommended!

We spent a very nice holiday in your hotel. Everything was fine - the beautiful ambience in the tower suite with the wonderful Baltic Sea view, the delicious breakfast, the friendly staff. We actually booked an apartment with a fireplace. However, this was not possible to obtain. As compensation we received an upgrade with a sauna and whirlpool. Everything you needed to feel comfortable was there. We can't understand the bad reviews every now and then. Highly recommended. The apartment offers enough space and is well equipped. The hit is your own sauna. The swimming pool on site is also ideal for children to run around in. The leisure options are good. The small café where you can get a hearty breakfast is great. This is an advantage, especially on the day of departure. Nice staff We were completely satisfied.

We're here for the 2nd time in a row and we're going on a dog vacation in November. Everything is very unproblematic and we love it here. I really like to come here! Breakfast is all great and rooms are also great. There's nothing to complain about.

Great apartment, very well equipped. We stayed for a week in autumn, loved the fireplace and sauna. For children you can order children's equipment. You can also order breakfast, but we did not have it. There is also a playground and a small pool on the premises.

Das Zimmer war eine Suite - wobei das Schlafzimmer und das Bad sehr gut war, bzw. dem Standart eines 4-Sterne-Hotels entsprechend. Das Frühstück war super, die Freundlichkeit vom Personal ebenfalls. Auch das Personal im Spa-Bereich war wunderbar und sehr serviceorientiert.

We got one of their sea siding rooms. Very spacious, clean room with beautiful balcony. The room was located in a separate building, almost without room service. The breakfast quality was good and was serving based on pandemic conditions. Very close to beach and quite picturesque view of Baltic sea.

It's a proper old-school posh hotel. It's been modernised as much as it needs to be but it retains the polished wood and marble and the reception desk that's actually a desk rather than a counter. Not worth. Rooms are really old, carpets are dirty. The toilets are really small for a „4 star hotel“. The sink in the toilet was on top of the closet and you need to pull it to the side if you want to use the toilet. Shower looks dirty and you can see mold between the tiles. However, the view was great. You can open the windows to the balcony and see the ocean. Food in the restaurant was also great...

The staff is very professional, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is stunning. The whole place is quiet, the decor is a bit 90's dated, but the building, furniture, windows, bathrooms are impeccably maintained. We would definitely come back any time!

Highly recommended family run hotel! The hotel is quiet and yet conveniently located. The rooms are very neat and clean. The breakfast is varied and rich. The owner and the entire staff are super friendly and helpful and cater to individual requests. If you want, you can also get tips for excursions.

Small family-run Hotel Garni. The management and the service staff are always nice and friendly. The rooms are always clean and have enough space and are in a quiet location. If you want, you can rent a bike. The train station is easily accessible on foot. There is something for everyone at breakfast.

Average quality rooms, the bathroom is old but clean and functional. The breakfasts are exceptionally good for such a small hotel. A business trip so the location didn't matter.
