Where to stay in Jarabacoa

Love it here. Great location, good food, and drinks. Nice pool with hot tub. 3rd time visiting here.

Here again back after a year or so and I can truly say you get what you pay for. This definitely once was a grand hotel and is now awaiting new investors. I love the staff. They believe in their product more than their bosses. They are eager to please with limited resources or guidance. It took two workers and too many minutes to get a price on an item in their display. The menu is priced above average...

Great location and loved the waterside bar and restaurant. Very relaxing and natural beauty. Service is poor and little English spoken. Had to move rooms because of the ongoing disco by the pool area. Renovations ongoing so lots of noise unfortunately.

I highly recommend this place. This is still one of the best eco hotels in the area. The constant background sound of the river is very relaxing, and they have multiple pools, including jacuzzi and a heated pool. However, the rooms need some upgrading as most of the equipment won't work properly and some can smell of humidity.

The best stay, comfy soft sheets is a must and this hotel has it. Views and relaxation are the perfect touch. And the food was perfect. You must come

The River is great, the rooms are ok. River view i guess is better. We stayed in the pool side rooms. No noise during the week. Wait staff super nice. I am not sure about the previous reviews but we (family of 5 ) had a lot of food here and let me tell you - out of 20+ things we tried, everything was awesome. Desserts, pumpkin soup, salads, ...you name it, we had it. Next time we stay here we will...

This Hotel was so dope sooo unique, you'll see it when you go, it's not a typical hotel the owner was very charismatic the staff were very polite and provided great service. Would love to come back, and not only for the view.

The place has a very good view, the employees are friendly, I consider that breakfast should have more options since on my visit they only had one option which was mangu and it had already run out and my children do not eat that type of food so they were left without eating, another point is that the room was not very clean and the hot water ran out.

Excellent place , To start owner her self revived us wen arrived , friendly and pleasant place , good breakfast , not a lot of choice for breakfast but wat they had was good , deftly I will be staying there again

Absolutely enjoyed my time! The service was great. The room was beautiful, very very clean. We even got a tour of the property which had a pool, pool table, a nice scenic walk to see some animals. The view is AMAZING. The cigars were good as well. Sooooooo happy I found this place last minute. And it’s animal friendly !!! 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Beautiful setting, friendly staff. Yadira and her brother cooked us some lovely meals. We truly enjoyed the time we spent with them.

The front desk guy is super attentive and has excellent customer service. He brought us hot chocolate when we checked in, saved us a delicious breakfast at 10:00 AM and extend our check out time to 1:00 pm. We are very satisfied with our overnight and affordable stay.

Hey there... Great place to experience a hotel in the outdoors, within all the commodities of a small city. Very big backyard to play with the kids and have a bonfire, W/ soccer court. Excellent to set up your "base camp" and explore the great outdoors that Constanza has to offer.-

The place is kept beautifully. Staff is friendly & accomodating. Rooms are clean. It's a rustic style. Very nice. Villas are beautiful. Stayed in the rooms instead because i could have a private bathroom.

Is a beautiful place for family and to disconnect from routine. Prices are very affordable. The reason of my score is because it looked like our cabin was not clean prior to our arrival, shower curtain was disgusting, bathroom with sewer problems. Staff was friendly and helpful kudos to Carlos he made our stay better. Place used to be better.

Hodelpa Garden Hotel located on Juan Autopista Highway is very noisy from traffic driving by. My room smelled moldy, the air stale. Furniture is outdated. Wi-Fi wouldn't work. The shower didn't work, maintenance had to fix it after I put my clothes back on. I stayed at this hotel for about 13 days starting February 14th 2022. I enjoyed every single moment of it. Free breakfast, free Wi-Fi are provided. I only visited the restaurant and I was nicely surprised by the ambiance. Loved the wooden ceiling. It's apparently also a cigar aficionados favorite. Food was good and cheap. I waited more than the average but the place was full and I think they supply the hotel and outside orders. Their menu is mostly criollo (local). I'll definitely go back there. No 5 stars because they need More waiters.

Service and food. But a night you can't sleep because downstairs the music and people talking so loud. The owner when he drinks get too loud with his friends.No a great place if want rest.

The facilities are average. Anyway, foreign hotels can't be compared with domestic ones. I booked an executive room, but I don't know if they arranged an executive room for me. Anyway, it was a very small room.

Great hotel! Has private parking. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms were great, with a nice balcony. There isn’t much in the lobby or any amenities in the hotel. The restaurant was good. AnaIng value for money. What we liked the most - you have 15% discount for a lot of restaurants, and also getting 2 welcome drinks. Recommended.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are small but new, and the amenities are great. The location is near the monument 12 minute walk. Be sure to go to sleep early because the motorcycles and cars beeping their horns will begin promptly at 0430. As well as the motorcycles racing up an empty street with loud pipes. The breakfast is top notch, simply delicious.

This is a very nice hotel near the city center. I stayed there on two separate occasions. There is a new section where the rooms are completely renovated and have balconies, which is very nice. The old section room I was in was not renovated and did not have any windows. Service was great and the location was great so if you spend the night there ask for a room with a balcony. It is clean, tidy and bright, the service of each staff is sincere and comfortable, and the price is affordable. There is a small restaurant on the sixth floor where you can dine at a cheap price. The location is located outside the city center. The traffic noise is a bit loud. It is not suitable for those who need quiet. It is close to the Heroes Monument and can be reached within 10 minutes on foot

A pleasant place for vacation. Feel always welcome, lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff.

I had a great stay there. I’m not sure if I got any VIP treatment or an upgrade. They didn’t say anything, but maybe they just gave it to me without telling me. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again. Well worth it. Probably the nicest hotel in the city.

A very good hotel with a very good environment. I especially recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The service is very good. There is a ** when you turn right when you go out. I didn't go in, but it looks good. The surrounding is very safe. There is a Friday steak house when you turn left when you go out. The price is expensive, but the taste is good.

I been staying here for a while and I have to say that I'm so happy with the staff specially one cleaning lady. Her name is Yajaira. This woman is just amazing. I only had to leave a note once explaining how I like the bathroom and bed to be and since then it's been just perfect. In the details you can see that Yajaira really cares about the guest of the hotel. Even if she sees me walking in the hallways...

Last weekend I stayed at this hotel and I liked it very much especially its view of the city is beautiful, it is central, incredible attention, it is in the city and its location is perfect. I liked the place very much without a doubt I could return without thinking about it if I have to stay again in the city of Santiago.
