limited resources or guidance. It took two workers and too many minutes to get a price on an item in their display. The menu is priced above average for the city but I enjoy the food. Were it not for the beautiful Jimenoa river running past in mighty splendor there would be no reason for not running out of here
Service is poor and little English spoken. Had to move rooms because of the ongoing disco by the pool area. Renovations ongoing so lots of noise unfortunately.
This time, we are here three nights. Our room is above the pool. Not our choice. The restaurant is expanding and there is construction noise even during meals. But we have been hugely dissappointed with the extreme noise around the pool. The music is excessively loud all day and, even after pool hours, the conversation/partying level is much louder than should be tolerated where guests are staying -- unless fully booked by a single group. Frankly, the trip has been ruined by the thoughtless noise levels.
The very young staff are extremely pleasant and, generally, accomodating. Real management, however, seems to have given way to indifference in permitting a loud party atmosphere. If that is what a guests seek, they will find it here!
The service from the guys at the front desk was so-so, as was the waiter's service not the best, but they can do better.
