Lovely property, excellent staff, and restfull stay

This hotel has a lot of improving to do. I am a hotelier by trade and a all inclusive frecuent traveler. I have never been asked to pay for an early check in. We arrived at 12:30pm. I made a fuss but paid the $10.00 per person. The FD agent gave us our wristbands, but our room was not ready until almost 3pm. We arrived on Saturday, the buffet food was fine, for lunch and dinner. The staff was friendly and efficient. The property was spotless

Holes in the roof. Inside the property and on the balcony. Internet was turned off at 8am on the day I was leaving. Rooms were fine and well furnished just needed to walk around puddles.

Very good value. It was a very good experience. I will definitely come back, but I'd recommend bringing some mosquitoes reppelent for the nights.
