Love that it’s on the beach! The swim up bar is lush! The games played around the pool are so much fun!! Dancing around and having a laugh and then winning a corona! It was such a laugh and great way to start the holiday, shoutout to Elvis and everyone else!

This resort was so much fun and had much to offer. Some of the things I liked included night entertainment and there were beautiful dancers. Throughout the day there were also activities like yoga which was relaxing. The beach is very beautiful and the scenery is nice, so I enjoyed my time there during the day.

Was a bit disappointed with the service. This was my third time staying at emotions and by far the worst service I have experienced here. We paid extra for a room with the swim up pool and did not get to enjoy it until the third day after calling front desk twice requesting for the pool to be cleaned. Great all inclusive resort with friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing environment and long walkable beach. Areas of the beach from calm to slightly wavy. Seaweed on some parts of the beach but other parts very clear and nice to swim in.

Room needs some maintenance. Phone was not working. The second i have stayed in that the phone was not working. I reported the situation in the hopes that it will get fixed but did not happen. The hotel was very nice! Upon arrival they greet you with a nice cold beverage. The performances are amazing, the dancers and animators are very talented. They offer a variety of activities one being a bicycle tour, where Ramon was the tour guide. The Hotel was extremely clean. The workers were very hospitable particularly Chantal and Rosi from entertainment/ animation team. They made the stay very pleasant. I enjoyed the meals which were tasty. The property was well kept and the experience was good. Hodelpa Garden Suites one of DR's gem.

The service was amazing. The food people were really nice and kind and the people in the reception (Carlos and Scarlin) were really attentive. No complaints and they were helpful in every way possible. Everybody was trying to help and we didn’t have to go looking for help because they were always available right close to you.

It’s really gorgeous, Carlos and Ramon attended me and he was really kind and helpful in all times. The animation team is really cheerful and overall the atmosphere was great. The rooms are super comfy and the scenery is beautiful. The food is delicious and it’s reachable at all times. Overall a great experience.

I love this hotel and have stayed many times here. My favorite part is by far the entertainment team. There were nightly events where we could sing, dance, and play games for fun prizes. My experience with them was amazing. They cared so much about the guests having fun!! We had the best time!

I spent an amazing 7 days here! The food was always delicious and it was served buffet style with a nice variety! Each night they had shows for entertainment where you can dance and play games with others staying at the hotel, through this i made new friends and enjoyed myself a lot! Holes in the roof. Inside the property and on the balcony. Internet was turned off at 8am on the day I was leaving. Rooms were fine and well furnished just needed to walk around puddles.

Wonderful place! The service is good, the breakfast fresh and the rooms are clean with an ocean view. You have the beach in front of you, with palm trees all around, it almost seems it belongs only to you, no crowds and super clean. I would say it's a hidden treasure. Highly recmanded.

Goob beach but it's too crowded

Very nice beach. I liked that there were a number of local folk who were enjoying the beach as well as tourist. Great sandy beach, with ample sitting areas (as long as you are eating or drinking from a nearby establishment). Water wasn't too rough the day that I was there.

I went for 10 days with my family. However my father is in a wheelchair and we had booked a handicap room. When we got to the room, it was the furthest thing from it. The room was old, falling a part and a below average sized room. the wheel chair couldn't even fit into the bathroom. So we called front desk, and they managed to find a new room. When we arrived at this new room, it was beautiful....

Overall is decent, with two minor downside, Internet isn't free 10 dollars per day is the fee and only one login is provided, and power outages. I experienced one power outage , while i was asleep my wife told me there were two more outages , not a big deal to me but had to mention it.

The best thing about this place is the proximity to the airport. Now that I think about it, I also liked the food a lot! Unfortunately, I went there during summer where a lot of teachers vacation there because that is basically the resort for teachers. The first room we got had a moldy smell to it. The second room we got, in Las Palmas, bathroom had very dim light, beds were very hard and dirty, tv were old with no remotes, balcony door couldn't close all the way. Also, refrigerator was rusty and the door didn't close tight. We did enjoy the food, and the pools and beach. Wouldn't come back tho.

Casa Hemingway is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beach is lovely! The food at the hotel restaurants is just ok (though the view from Embarcadero is stunning) but there are a lot of great options in town. Renting a car would have been helpful as it’s a little hard to get around if you want to do any tours. That being said I would definitely come back- with a rental car next...

Wow, what a stunning hotel. The rooms are huge with multiple rooms, bathrooms and a balcony. The service is very personal. The food is delicious. The beach and pools were breathtaking. The restaurant in the beach was an experience you will want to have over and over. A must-have if you're in the Dominican Republic.

Close to the beach, nice rooms, had a great atmosphere but kept their interior cooler than an Ice box. Staff was very friendly.

Rooms work but they can definitely be better, for the same price you can find better options near the location. Service is good and location is honestly priceless. Food is great, but pool should be cleaned more often, it always had lots of debris, insects and dirtiness, it had a strong chlorine smell.

This resort is perfect for family vacation, a very quiet place, kid-friendly you do not have to worry about safety everything are under control and it's perfect if you are traveling on budget.

This is my 3rd visit there and the hotel and area had improved 👌🏾 a lot. They are now working on expanding the pool and the building, so in the future, it will be much better it's close to a nice beach and has a restaurant on the property and in the area . I would recommend this place it's not a 5 star yet but will be in the future.

For the price you can not expect much with the facilities and confort. But a bit of maintenance and cleanliness would be great.

It was ok, I expected better. The space on the room was acceptable, the cable was really bad(it was not signal to see even the nationals canals), the pool was amazing (I must say it) and the beach not the big deal, about the kitchen's stuff: there was nothing to fire up, I had to go to "colmado" to buy matches. My general opinion about this place: it was just ok, could be better.
