This resort is only worth visiting for the beach and landscape, otherwise in terms of service, rooms and food it is a complete mess. It is messy, not refurbished, smelly, dirty and overall not taken care of. When I arrived my room was not organized, sheets had dirt and hairs in it and were not changed, bed not made, room was smelling of urine. The food and the drinks are enough but kind of tasteless...

Love that it’s on the beach! The swim up bar is lush! The games played around the pool are so much fun!! Dancing around and having a laugh and then winning a corona! It was such a laugh and great way to start the holiday, shoutout to Elvis and everyone else!

This resort was so much fun and had much to offer. Some of the things I liked included night entertainment and there were beautiful dancers. Throughout the day there were also activities like yoga which was relaxing. The beach is very beautiful and the scenery is nice, so I enjoyed my time there during the day.

Was a bit disappointed with the service. This was my third time staying at emotions and by far the worst service I have experienced here. We paid extra for a room with the swim up pool and did not get to enjoy it until the third day after calling front desk twice requesting for the pool to be cleaned. Great all inclusive resort with friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing environment and long walkable beach. Areas of the beach from calm to slightly wavy. Seaweed on some parts of the beach but other parts very clear and nice to swim in.

Lovely property, excellent staff, and restfull stay

This hotel has a lot of improving to do. I am a hotelier by trade and a all inclusive frecuent traveler. I have never been asked to pay for an early check in. We arrived at 12:30pm. I made a fuss but paid the $10.00 per person. The FD agent gave us our wristbands, but our room was not ready until almost 3pm. We arrived on Saturday, the buffet food was fine, for lunch and dinner. Holes in the roof. Inside the property and on the balcony. Internet was turned off at 8am on the day I was leaving. Rooms were fine and well furnished just needed to walk around puddles.

Wonderful place! The service is good, the breakfast fresh and the rooms are clean with an ocean view. You have the beach in front of you, with palm trees all around, it almost seems it belongs only to you, no crowds and super clean. I would say it's a hidden treasure. Highly recmanded.

Goob beach but it's too crowded

Very nice beach. I liked that there were a number of local folk who were enjoying the beach as well as tourist. Great sandy beach, with ample sitting areas (as long as you are eating or drinking from a nearby establishment). Water wasn't too rough the day that I was there.

I went for 10 days with my family. However my father is in a wheelchair and we had booked a handicap room. When we got to the room, it was the furthest thing from it. The room was old, falling a part and a below average sized room. the wheel chair couldn't even fit into the bathroom. So we called front desk, and they managed to find a new room. When we arrived at this new room, it was beautiful....

Overall is decent, with two minor downside, Internet isn't free 10 dollars per day is the fee and only one login is provided, and power outages. I experienced one power outage , while i was asleep my wife told me there were two more outages , not a big deal to me but had to mention it.

The best thing about this place is the proximity to the airport. Now that I think about it, I also liked the food a lot! Unfortunately, I went there during summer where a lot of teachers vacation there because that is basically the resort for teachers. The first room we got had a moldy smell to it. The second room we got, in Las Palmas, bathroom had very dim light, beds were very hard and dirty, tv were old with no remotes, balcony door couldn't close all the way. Also, refrigerator was rusty and the door didn't close tight. We did enjoy the food, and the pools and beach. Wouldn't come back tho.

This apartments are right on the beach. The sea front rooms have incredible views! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They made me feel well supported and comfortable travelling on my own

Very nice place. It’s secluded and you can use all pool facilities at any time which is a big plus. Great for kids and for families. There’s not much close by so you will need a vehicle staying here. They do offer a grocery luxury where they will get the things for you for a few of course.
