This hotel has a lot of improving to do. I am a hotelier by trade and a all inclusive frecuent traveler. I have never been asked to pay for an early check in. We arrived at 12:30pm. I made a fuss but paid the $10.00 per person.

The FD agent gave us our wristbands, but our room was not ready until almost 3pm.

We arrived on Saturday, the buffet food was fine, for lunch and dinner. Some of the left leftovers wefe put out for dinner as well.

Drinks by the pool are horrible, and the staff is not the friendliest.

The room was clean and ver spacious.

Check out is at 12, you can stay until 2. But is such a limited hotel you really do not want to stay after 12.

Will I be back, no. Will i recommend. NO.
There are so many hotels that offer so much more for the same price or less .

The service was amazing. The food people were really nice and kind and the people in the reception (Carlos and Scarlin) were really attentive. No complaints and they were helpful in every way possible. Everybody was trying to help and we didn’t have to go looking for help because they were always available right close to you.

The Hotel was extremely clean. The workers were very hospitable particularly Chantal and Rosi from entertainment/ animation team. They made the stay very pleasant.

I enjoyed the meals which were tasty. The property was well kept and the experience was good. Hodelpa Garden Suites one of DR's gem.
