Great villa, can't beat the location!
Gorgeous front yard that ends in the ocean. Well lit at night so you can enjoy the garden and cheese all day. The ocean in front is not swimmable but is stunning. La Playita is two minutes walking. A stunning beach with white sand and calm water.
I rented the three bedroom half of the villa (Villa Ixora), there is also a two bedroom half, or you can rent the whole villa (5 bedrooms). It is ocean front (you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks from your bed), and very comfortable. Air conditioning in all of the bed rooms, and the living room is airy enough that you don’t need it (though there are ceiling fans). A security guard patrols...

I have been to a few villas in the DR and this one so far tops all! It was my first time in Las Terrenas and I loved the town. The pictures don’t do the villa enough justice. The place is located only 5 minutes from the center, however it is up on a mountain and peaceful. The view is ESPECTACULAR. More so, the staff was amazing. Juanita is the maid and cook, she made us feel at home and her cooking...
A spectacular house, an incredible view and the tranquility is unmatched
This was an amazing property, very beautiful Mountain View’s that extend out to the ocean. The owners were extremely hospitable and accommodating. The host that greets you at the home is nicest person ever, the young lady who cleans and cooks (small fee) was lovely. We would highly recommend this home.
Comfortable, very good service from Ramón and Kathy, spectacular view, perimeter security and 10 minutes from the beach
