We spent our amazing vacation here in March 2019 and were booked to return March 2020. Sadly, covid made that impossible. We hope to return again as it was a perfect vacation. The rooms, the service, the food, beaches and pools were beyond our expectations.

One of the best and quiet hotel in Samana.

A 'Excelente' super great resort to go to. We had a great week at this great island paradice,... specialy with Edwin, a great animator on the beach. We will go back!

Positive: Great location and European standards. Cleans rooms, clean bed sheets and great personal. Negative: Small rooms, very uncomfortable bed and mattress was wrapped in plastic so you sweat all night long and feel like sleeping on a plastic bag, so we didn't rest in the night. I would encourage any gringos who have some problem at their fancy resort to stay in this hotel. You'll get a feel for what the Dominican Republic is actually like. It seemed to be only locals staying here and it was affordable. It was not fancy in any way, but it was comfortable enough and served it's purpose. We had a room for $900 RD a night.

Hola. Soy turista de Corea del sur quien me quede aquí. The owner he can speak english, spanish and french. Maybe he speaks german too. So we could tell him anything we need very easy. We had an amazing stay at Figaro in Jan2021. The view is gorgeous for sure but the staff is also super friendly and willing to help! The breakfast is great and the staff team also sets up bbq on the roof for weekend days, which makes the atmosphere even cozier. We had such a good time. My kids loved the large pool. It was so spacious and not crowded. The beach was only a few yards away from the pool. Everything was kept neat a d clean from the common areas to the apartments. I can't say enough about the staff. They were friendly kind and understanding. I plan to go back.

Excelent place to stay if you have the chance, the beach is beautiful, the building are with an eco-friendly design, leaving the mangrove swamp as it is and constructed around them, pretty close to las Terrenas beach and a few really good restaurant. The property was ok. The food was ok. There were termites in our room and on the bed due to the cheap wood used on the furniture. The staff took care of it right away but I don’t plan on staying here during our next visit to Las Terrenas. The pool was the best part.

This hotel was ok. Staff was nice, but the hotel is lacking. The AC was really good, beds were decent, room was clean.They provided a small and flat soap, 1 for 4 of us. Parking there is a nightmare, barely 4 spots for the entire hotel.

The problem with this hotel is that other guests usually make parties and play loud music and you can not rest. Also you can hear people walking in the halls. It is one of the lowest rate in Las Terrenas. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Takuma Boutik was the perfect place for our visit to Las Terrenas. The hotel was stunning and very tranquil. The staff was so incredible and kind, they even gave me a couple of DR avocados to take home. I highly recommend staying with Takuma Boutik!
