Everything is good with the hotel, only there was no hot water in the shower. Funnily, in the tap there was hot water. We told the reception about it and next day we had hot water in shower. Breakfast is very rich, staff is friendly, speaks Estonian and English. Located close to town hall.

Exceeded my expectations! I” for me and my 3 kids and paid 92euros per night and received a room with sauna and very nice, rich breakfast! I recommend ! Is very close to the Russian border , so for me was very convenient. There are a lot of grocery stores, playgrounds and restaurants around

Perfectly located and a very close walk to a shopping centre, Narva Castle, churches, promenade, river, tourist attractions and the Russian border. There is a bus stop nearly at the front door to visit Narva-Joesuu. I loved the way this hotel has been recently renovated it has a great cafe/restaurant with great food at fantastic prices, office spaces, conference rooms and upstairs are all the bedrooms are upstairs. On arrival I was greeted with a welcome card personally written on and a small bag of treats - who could resist!
Comfortable bed and exceptionally quiet.

Good location, a couple of minutes walk to the city town hall. Room is basic but as expected for a 3-star hotel. Breakfast is amazing, plenty of choices of salad, hot food and dessert. Check in and check out processes are seamless and efficient. Thanks the receptionist Darja for that! Very nice stay and will definitely stay again when I go to Narva.

I stayed in a standard double room, and though it was clean and spacious, I would say it was a little unexceptional and lacked a bit of extra touches. I can’t really complain much, because the room was very affordable.

The hotel has a laundry service that was very cheap and fast, but there was no laundry bag in the room to put the clothes in. It was also not very obvious that this service was available - I had to ask at the reception.

There was a welcome card on the table, but there weren’t any tea bags in the room to make tea.

The bathroom had everything I needed, but it could have done with some better toiletries - shampoo and conditioner. The liquid soap / shower gel smelled and felt too much like a detergent.

The guests that were staying on my floor had the habit of leaving their disgusting smelling shoes outside their room, which stank up the entire corridor.

The breakfast was good (a wide choice of options), but the juice was a little watery, and I was not a fan of the machine coffee and hot chocolate.

Overall, the place is good with decent location for the price that you are paying. I look forward to staying here again and seeing if they continue to make more improvements.

True gem. Loved it. Perfect location, free parking, rooms are bigger than usual, seems freshly renovated.

Very decent hotel, not luxurious but there is everything you need. Location is also a big plus, you do not hear noises from other rooms nor from the corridor. The only drawback is the breakfast: there are only two kinds of bread: toast bread and some very dark one, both taste bad, also heinz mayo is disgusting. You definitely should add some bread rolls or better quality bread abd please, change this terrible mayo.

Lovely and cozy hotel near the Fama Keskus (center). The reception is friendly and helpful. Moreover, the breakfast is good and they have many choices. It is not packed with people probably due to corona situation. However, the hotel is a good place to stay in if you visit Narva. The bus stops Pushkin 22 is also a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
