Liivarand Hotel

3 stars given only because of decent breakfast, otherwise it would deserve max 2. There is a certain confusion with hotel branding, although on TA it's under "Noorus Spa inn" name, at *********** it's still sold as "Liivarand spa hotel", the same name "Liivarand" still appears on the hotel externall wall facing the street. Little bit of clarity would be helpfull for fellow travellers. Hotel exterior looks not so bad, however rooms somehow feel outdated and some places asking for proper maintenance. Balcony facing sea is nice, but windows open position can not be fixed, weird ventilantion system with the hole on the wall, the worse is bathroom quality. Also smell in hotel room and corridors. Negative: accomodation quality, parking charges, no spa facilities available. Positive: surprisingly nice breakfast. Would not recommend and for sure will not return myself. Add 10 or 20 eur and book "Noorus" or "Meresuu".

Positives: The location is great. Just next to the beach. Room size (superior) was decent and as it had two separate rooms, it had two balconies as well. There was a sofa-bed in one room + there was an additional arm chair which had an option to open it up to a bed.

Negatives: There were no AC's in the room which means that during the summer, the room is really hot. Both during the day and night. Sofa-bed is really uncomfortable and could use a mattress topper etc. And the pillows were really hard, but this is just my own preference. I hate hard pillows.

Room was OK. Breakfast so, so. Pool not so good.
