Front of house staff are lovely but behind the scenes it's a mess. I arrived here at 1am with a booking and was told that the hotel was full, eventually they "found" a free room for me and I was given a key card to a room (905) but someone was already sleeping in it. Stayed in another hotel that night. Came back next day and got my room...
Beds are ok (2 single duvets on a double bed). Tap water in the bathroom comes out white in the area, weird. No kettle in the room so no tea / coffee without going to the restaurant or bar.
Here's the good bit:
I needed to get laundry done so I gave a bag of dirty clothes to reception who said it would be done that day - great! That night it's ready but all I get back is the empty bag. I had to go through other people's laundry to try to find my things and the hotel lost some of my clothes.
To sum up the hotel is fine but have a backup plan for everything just in case! Had colleagues staying up the road in another hotel - Norus is better!

The fountain was so loud that i couldn’t even sleep until i closed my window but that hotel was pretty much okay i think the only bad thing was the noise of fountain.

Rooms immaculate, quite spacious, breakfasts ample with plenty of choices. Bicycles are available - my first time riding a bike on a (hard-packed) sandy beach, and there's a bike path all the way to Narva. I didn't use the spa facilities so can't comment on these.

we had a sea view on ninth floor. room was clean. spa has a good choice of saunas. i do not recommend the restauraunt.

Stayed for 5 nights in winter and loved it there.
The rooms are a little outdated but are warm and spacious. Most staff are very friendly and helpful, the service was excellent.
The spa area offers a wide range of services. I would strongly recommend choosing the treatments with a member of staff when you get there to make the most of your choices, as some may be incompatible with each other when used on the same day. I liked the herbal baths, massages and lymphatic drainage - all were super relaxing!
The pool/sauna area is large and there is something for everyone, even a bar with snacks and drinks.

Rooms and interiors are neat.
The hotel offers a spa, sauna center, pools, and a gym. Has a laundry service if needed. Also has a restaurant, and I had breakfast here (that was included), it was altogether good.
The location is nice, a quiet place, and easy to reach with public transport. The price is fair. I had a good stay here.

Really small family room. Barely 1 meter around the bed, one extra couch bed and a tiny window. It wasn't exactly cheap so we expected a lot better. Spa has a lot of saunas but the 4 small pools are nothing special, specially for children. Only good for small children.
