I liked it so much...excellent to relax... The staff was very friendly and helpful... The food was very good but not as good as I expected from a 5 stars hotel...rooms are nice, clean and comfortable...there are different nice corners to have a walk or read or just to enjoy the breeze

The hotel is in desperate need for maintenance and renovations, the rooms are nothing like the pictures, they are much worse. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good, average. I just expected better from a 5 star hotel, the electricity kept on shutting off, so A.C., lights, fridge, TV, everything went off.

Loved my stay there. The food was lovely. The beach can use some cleaning but is generally good. The staff is nice and the events are entertaining.

Nice place with a good rather clean beach. Not a cheap place but if you plan a day use and don't mind the distance then go for it. Staff is friendly and food is good. Different pools for kids and adults so all the family can enjoy.

Every thing was very good except the room.. It was narrow.. The bathroom too... Be careful about the room size on booking..

The stuff are friendly the beach water is crystal clear,the breakfast restaurent by the sea has an amazing view, the only negative thing is that the bathrooms need upgrade and more cleanness

We did not stay, we came in to try a local restaurant. I was looking for American food. I was excited to see a few items on the menu that would come in handy when I was missing food from home. I bought the Mexican fiata and it was awesome. I gave a 4 star because the service was incredibly slow. The facilities looked awesome and the pool welcoming. I would stay here if I were visiting Egypt.

Clean hotel, decent breakfast options, and affordable. I like the proximity to Alexandria without being in the city. I would book again

The place is good but the pool is not under maintenance. They have private beach which you have to go with car. Beside the beach, there is another pool and a playground

The room furniture is outdated. A broken tile at the room entrance! The coffee mugs were dirty! Service is very slow responsive. I had to call 3 times asking for someone to fix the safe that turned out to be out of batteries. We arrived on Saturday and the room was cleaned for the first time on Tuesday!! Food was good. This hotel is ok for one night but not more! The hotel is really nice but needs renovation and more cleaning ! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is tasty. The hotel has sea front but everything around it looks horrible, garbage everywhere you look and deserted buildings around.
