Room and services are good. Ms. Dena our cleaning incharge clean the room very well and really appreciated to change daily bedsheet and towels without any request. I will visit again and choose the same services.

Very nice , clean hotel. Good food with very limited variety, an unpleasant experience in the restaurant regarding the refill of the dishes takes a very long time.swimming pool very nice with bad guard and towel man. Not present in his place , not enough towels for the whole guests. Every time say 5 mins , it took around an hour and instead of saying sorry , he said it is not my problem 😔

Nice hotel at all. Very friendly staff. Large rooms and nice bed. Breakfast is nice as well. Music after 9pm should not be played outside cause it's 1 to 1 in the room and it sucks. Prices are very fair. Air con works properly. Hope I can have a stay again.

The hotel was so wonderful with a helpful staff. I ordered personal care kit because they weren't in the toilet. And they brought it fast.

I liked it so much...excellent to relax... The staff was very friendly and helpful... The food was very good but not as good as I expected from a 5 stars hotel...rooms are nice, clean and comfortable...there are different nice corners to have a walk or read or just to enjoy the breeze

The hotel is in desperate need for maintenance and renovations, the rooms are nothing like the pictures, they are much worse. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good, average. I just expected better from a 5 star hotel, the electricity kept on shutting off, so A.C., lights, fridge, TV, everything went off.

Loved my stay there. The food was lovely. The beach can use some cleaning but is generally good. The staff is nice and the events are entertaining.

Nice place with a good rather clean beach. Not a cheap place but if you plan a day use and don't mind the distance then go for it. Staff is friendly and food is good. Different pools for kids and adults so all the family can enjoy.

Every thing was very good except the room.. It was narrow.. The bathroom too... Be careful about the room size on booking..

The stuff are friendly the beach water is crystal clear,the breakfast restaurent by the sea has an amazing view, the only negative thing is that the bathrooms need upgrade and more cleanness

We did not stay, we came in to try a local restaurant. I was looking for American food. I was excited to see a few items on the menu that would come in handy when I was missing food from home. I bought the Mexican fiata and it was awesome. I gave a 4 star because the service was incredibly slow. The facilities looked awesome and the pool welcoming. I would stay here if I were visiting Egypt.

Clean hotel, decent breakfast options, and affordable. I like the proximity to Alexandria without being in the city. I would book again

Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Shady Elwy,the front desk manager. He has been very prompt, kind and generous. He made our stay pleasant. Always on his toes to assist us. We were offered a nice room with a balcony and pool view. The chef prepared customised delicacies for us. Overall it was a wonderful stay. What a beautiful resort. The staff are all very friendly and many speak English very well. The restaurant is delicious and open 24hrs. The pool refreshing. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Thank you Panacea for a relaxing stay. I hope to be back some day.

The design of the rooms is still the best you will see, but the service is very perfect and this place is one of the best geographical locations that you may see.

Once we reached the hotel we were not expecting too much to be honest but when we found that the staff is very welcoming, and room was really very comfortable and well decorated. Comparing to the price it was an excellent experience.

Everything was beautiful from seeing the sea from every part of the villa and from the cleanliness of the place . The price was very reasonable. It was a very special and nice experience.
