Retal View North Coast Aqua Park

Staff are unprofessional. Sometimes they act weirdly cold and are not helpful.

The rooms aren't all owned by the hotel, the hotel itself and the 2 buildings next to it are with the hotel, but everything else is owned by different people depending on the apartment, so you have to check if you're booking with the hotel or an owner.

I haven't tried the hotel yet, I will update once I do. But the other apartments aren't usually clean since the staff never get involved with them, so you have to clean them after whoever was there if they weren't that "clean."

The pools are nice, they're clean, same with everything else around them, there are simple showers around to wash if needed.

The restaurant is fine, but it's not that professional, they don't have much food either, so if you're staying for a while you'll really get bored from eating the same things.

People are friendly 90% of the time, the place is fine if on a budget but it definitely could be better for the prices and there are places that are much better if you push the budget.

The village is very far from the sea and the buses that take you to the sea are crowded and very bad and the treatment of the employees is bad and they made my vacation the worst vacation and they played with the reservation and booked us in another place and the drinking water there is not fit for human use and bathing with this water makes my hair look strange and sick

Everyone in my family had stomachache and diarrhea its not clean and the food taste is not bad they are trying & the water in the bathroom & the shower is sea water very salty.

Very poor food especially breakfast buffet
Far from the beach, it's almost a 15 min ride
The triple rooms are very small; it was very difficult to move around the room
The terrace of the "sea view" rooms barely view the sea because the hotel is very far, so it's a better value for money if you choose the pool view ones.

But other than that everything else is fine... It's very clean and most of the staff is professional and friendly. Not highly recommended though.

Far Beach and not very suitable for swimming, Food was above average not good nott bad, not all the people are nice.

Overall not good experience.

I can't find the words to describe my worst experience there, I only spent 1 night and i couldn't even wait to till the checkout time.

The apartment really smelly, no blackout curtains, low quality furniture, the water stink's and above all no window noise isolation .

About the beach ⛱, it's not even ok, the shower area 😒 is quite dirty, no towels, no beverages or food

The pool wasn't clean, the beach is faraway, the shuttle bus to the beach is horrible and risky...
No clean bathrooms on the beach, and no adequate showers as it's lacking water supply...
Rooms are small but acceptable for the price.
Food service is also adequate for the price.
