5. Unhygienic food handling: Some kids helped themselves to cold food with their bare hands, which is not hygienic.
6. Fresh and quality food: Despite the issues mentioned, the food at the resort is nice, fresh, and of good quality.
7. Slow dinner service: The dinner options are great and reasonably priced, but the service is again very slow.
8. Average bread quality: The bread provided at the resort is considered average and nothing to be proud of.
9. Presence of flies: Flies were a constant presence at the resort, which may have been unpleasant.
10. Temperamental TV in the restaurant: The TV in the restaurant was reported to be unreliable.
11. Efficient room service: The room service, particularly Bahgat, was efficient and paid attention to detail.
12. Polite and efficient staff: Botros and Mr. Esmat from the restaurant, as well as Mina, Corolos, and Mohamed Dahab from the front desk, were professional, helpful, and provided service with a smile.
13. Overall average experience: While the staff members are praised, the resort is considered to be in an average spot.
14. Feedback for owners: There is a hope that the owners will address the mentioned issues and work on improving the resort's assets.
