I have been here at Aida 4 months ago (before the high season beginning), at that time there were no activities at all, neither at beach, nor any night activities.
A complete makeover is happening this time. A highly active animation team at beach, and a twice night activities daily, one at the main hotel outdoor lounge, and the other one at the beach cafe.
Indeed at Aida you will suffer a lot of paradoxes...
The appartment is airconditioned and has fantastic sea view. Also is serviced with basic appliances like fridge and kettle however no tea bags or sugar is provided. Overall experience is good and very good value for money.

The place is good but the pool is not under maintenance. They have private beach which you have to go with car. Beside the beach, there is another pool and a playground

Marseilia Beach 3 has improved a lot since the past years. More security and cleanliness, which is great.
A humble advice is to collaborate with the local caffès and restaurants inside the area to have more consideration for customers, offer a decent quality and variery of food, and pay extreme attention to HYGIENE. People fall really sick after eating from there, and it can be a serious threat to...

Very exciting place to spend the weekend or vacation,
The view of the wide green areas and golf grounds is really stunning and Breathtaking,
Although is far from the beach but has A lot of swimming pools,
The family can spend enjoyable times in the organised events and celebrations during the summer time,
A lot of activities for all ages, kids, teenagers and adults
A very good place to have your holiday in but having a far beach is their disadvantage although it is well organized.
The design of the allocation of buildings and common areas is weird and doesn't make sense, on the other side it's a great place to relax with huge green areas and varieties of landscapes and good selection of restaurants and coffee shops.
Would recommend for groups of friends and families as a decent place to enjoy and chill. A bit pricey though.
